Our stroller didn't fit in the elevator but that's such a small negative. We just carried it up the stairs.

Our child loved the balcony area in our room. It was clean and the breakfast was great. Staff super friendly and helpful too! The bedding was not the best, could maybe use some new pillows

The location is very convenient, right next to the train station and not far by foot from the center of Florence. The room was beautiful, large, old-fashioned with lovely wooden furniture. The manager, Andrea, was friendly and very helpful. He really made our stay there very pleasant.

It was very close to Florence train station. Very clean. Felt like being looked after by relatives. Andrea was very accommodating and complimentary breakfast was perfect!

Andrea our host, was very helpful and friendly. He was waiting for us to arrive and showed us to our apartment. Location was good. Very close to the train station. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. 2 beds were in the loft so a little tricky getting to the washroom at night. There is a "small" lift to get upstairs with luggage. Breakfast was included every morning in the dinning area. Andrea would make coffee however you would like it. I can't think of anything.

Close proximity to the train station. Tasty breakfast choices accompanied by tea & cappuccinos. Very clean room and Andrea often asked if we needed anything. We were well looked after.
