Very close to Florence Santa Maria Novella train station just 2 min away. Owner provide proper direction how to reach and check in instructions. Safety perfect Elevator is so congested and very small

I believe it's interesting they send some per orientations how the check in works and not wait for the person to arrive to enter in contact. For other points the orientation is important too, for example that a freezer exists in the common area for everyone and no one know until asking.

Location was great being 2 minutes from SM Novella Train station and had access to multiple reputable restaurants and supermarkets. The room was clean on arrival and the internet was decent. We appreciated the multiple security features needed to gain entry to the property. The fridge promised was a "shared fridge" in the common area and unopened food was stolen. The staff and daily room cleaning was nonexistent and towels were kept under lock and key. The immediate area was a bit rough.

Bledi was amazing and helped us understand the technology of Florence and the modern world here!! he even gave us a great location to have dinner, which was super amazing!! everything was wonderful!!

Location and room was renovated. I had to shower with COLD water because heater did not work and personnel did not resolve the issue. Only messages about "sorry for that".

*Clean room ,comfortable * coffee and water available Walkable distance to firenze smn *work was going on when we checked in. *We messaged that we would be there by 2.30pm (though checkin was 1300hrs) we reached a little early but couldn't enter. Had to wait a while on the road waiting for the owner to come to let us in (though there were people on the premises). could have allowed us in and wait in the small lobby area of the apartment *no proper cups for coffee (tiny plastic cups)

These peiple were amazing, they changed my reservation when the train strike changed my plans. I am forever grateful to you. Lots of love for this place. Nothing it was perfect, the man running the hotel was super sweet. Thanks so much ?
