Room is clean. Nearby tourist spots. None

Location Room size,and the sink is way too small, when you wash hand or face , all the water is out of the sink. Plus the walk path is so narrow.

The location was really convenient, 5 min from the Santa Novella Train Station. I needed to catch the tram to the airport and it made it so easy. The staff were very helpful. And the room was surprisingly quiet. What was strange was there was a kettle in the room and the plug wasn't the right size for the outlet behind it. I did plug it into the bathroom, which was a bit weird. A lined paper cup is provided by no tea bags or any thing to use the kettle with. Perhaps that was available in the dining hall and I didn't really have time to look for that. Also the air conditioner ( thank you it was very hot that day ) has a blue light that is really bright. I slept with an eye mask.

The location was perfect for us, as we were traveling with my older mother. It was right across the street from Santa Maria Novella train station, and we didn’t have to lug our suitcases around for more than a few minutes. Close, walking distance to all of the spots that we wanted to visit. The staff were very nice and the room was clean. I liked the high ceiling. Our window looked inward to the breakfast patio, so we didn’t get any noise from the outside. Nothing really. We read that the area around the train station can be somewhat unsafe after dark, but once you enter the code and go through the big entrance door, it felt completely safe. The breakfast option was basic (boxed cereal, etc.) for a fee, but can be convenient for those in a rush. Plenty of options nearby.

The rooms were nice, styled well and very clean. The staff were exceptional… friendly and helpful! It could be loud at night with people talking across the street but a little background noise from my phone was enough to help. The street cars going by can be loud, but you got used to it.

The only complaint would be the small and slow elevator. Although we didn't use it much other than when we needed to get our luggages up and down.

The location is perfect. Close to the station so very comfortable if travel with luggage. The city itself is very walkable so it’s easy to reach most attractions by walking. The place is very clean with a small lift. Male staff very welcoming and helpful. Good size bed for 1 person. TV in English on some channels. The room is a bit suffocating even it’s during winter Christmas break. I have to open the window all the time. There’s no kettle in the room so you have to go to breakfast room for everything. Also, there should be a sign somewhere inside that the reception is on 1st floor.

The front of the hotel looks confusing with constructions on the side. Lift is old-styled, very small and very slow. Found some hairs left in the bathroom.
