The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and check-in was quick and efficient. The receptionist even gave us a city map and shared useful sightseeing tips. The room and bathroom were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, the towels were excellent, breakfast was great, and the location right across from the main train station made it easy to explore Florence and reach the airport. Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that I only stayed one night—I wish I had stayed longer!

We had a great room on the 5th floor, we opted for a lager room and it had a seating area. The breakfast was great as well as the on-site bar for an Aperol Spritz in the evening. N/A

The hotel is just steps from the central train station. The staff at reception, restaurant, and bar is friendly. We have got upgraded to a very spacious (with unusual floor plan) room on the top floor. Food at the breakfast line is superb. The surrounding looks unsafe at night. Our room faces the main street so we can clearly hear the tram moving. There was one time that a housekeeper unintentionally broke into our room to look for her missing keycard while we had just got back in the afternoon.

Walking distance to much of the city, plus close to train station for day trips

I discoverd that i paid the double of the price for the same room in the same period that i booked for . This very disapointing

It was a great location! Easy to find, wonderful views, very clean and comfortable! The breakfast spread was fantastic! Nothing.

There were difficulties with me checking in, so they upgraded my room (twin bed to double) free of charge so I wouldn't have to wait for a new room to get prepped. The bed was comfy with two side lamps, an overhead lamp, and with a huge window for natural lighting. The breakfast was the best part, although I was very skeptical about the 15 yur charge. It was a great buffet with tons of protein options, pastries and side dishes. Most hotels make you choose between a comfortable place to stay and a good location.This place has both.

Honestly, nothing

Air Conditioning on this trip was so appreciated! This was one of the hottest days I've experienced in Florence and being able to step off the train at SMN and cross the street to air conditioning was incredible. I've stayed at c-hotels Diplomat many times snd have sung the praises of the amenities. Those still hold, but the air conditioning saved me on this trip. Staff, as always, is attentive, thoughtful, and professional. With a 6:30am flight, leaving the hotel at 5am is so easy when the T2 tram (only €1.70) picks up across the street and delivers me to the front door of the airport. Couldn't be easier! No complaints at all.

Location could be better but its an easy walk to the main square with tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping.

I feel safe, comfortable, calmed, cared for, acknowledged, and refreshed staying at C- hotels Diplomat in Florence. This is my go-to hotel every time I pass through to get to and from our second home in Chianni. The stay before and after our flights back and forth from the US confirm our love for this region and its people. 10/10 I haven't found anything negative about staying here. I'm truly grateful for this respite.
