Rooms smelled horrible, was dirty, cheap furniture. Looks shabby. Airco does not work. Room was hot in the night. Bad experience

Loved the openness and prepared note for the guest. The room was spacious and had plenty of lounging areas available. Definitely enjoyed the luggage service that was provided that allowed me to move freely even the day of the checkout.

Location was directly across from the train station, super easy to get to if arriving by train. As long as you are able bodied and willing to walk, this was close enough to the attractions to be well worth it. Having said that, we are 20,000 - 30,000 step a day travelers, so if you prefer to walk less than that, you may want to look elsewhere. The hotel staff I interacted with were wonderfully friendly and hospitable. Our room was adequately sized, if on the smaller end, but with a lovely balcony overlooking the square (noisy of course, considering the traffic and trains being across the road), but the windows were quadruple paned so when the doors and windows were shut, you couldn't hear a thing. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Bathroom was a nice size. Wi-fi was decent and workable. The hotel was well worn, but well taken care of, like the carpets probably should have been replaced years ago, but you could tell they were doing everything they could to keep them clean. Even with my complaints I would stay here again. TV was ancient if that matters to you, I prefer to plug in my phone and stream a youtube video before bed and I was able to do that, but the TV was old and needs replacement. The tub/shower was very narrow width wise, so it kind of impossible to have a firm stance in it, I had to shower sideways. The toilet in our room flushed - but barely. It took a few flushes to get everything down.

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was big and perfectly clean, and all the facilities were in great condition. The location made everything easy — trams were very close, and there were plenty of local places within walking distance. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Steps from the train. Bedroom nice and quiet…noise is blocked from outside. Close to walk around and visit the city. The staff very attentive to our needs. Even helped us organize a trip. Christian, Ielena and the young girl that spoke Spanish were marvelous. This is the 1st time that we feel that this is a hotel that it has all you need not only to stay there but also to feel comfortable and you feel the true TLC from their employees. We would return in a heart beat. This place is a must. Thanks for making the stay memorable… NA

Location,cleanliness Very nice staff Small room

Great location it’s in a walkable distance to major attractions such as the Duomo. Staff was not polite when we arrived we waited at the desk where 3 workers ignored us and said nothing till another worker at another desk called us over. Which was extremely unprofessional. We got a room with no AC, we called for assistance and it took almost an hour for the maintenance man to come through to which he wasn’t even able to fix it or give a solution. Staff should be better trained on being polite and professional to all guests especially those who are at the front desk as they are the first impression !

Great Location with easy access to the train station. Air conditioning was very good and the breakfast was great! Clean and comfortable rooms. Small lifts - hard to fit luggage and people
