Wonderful and well kept and serviced hotel with helpful and friendly stuff; nice rooftop terrace with great views over Florence. A little rooftop pool was great given the heat in summer. Fantastic breakfast, maybe the best in Italy we ever had. Really nothing; the 20' walk the the Uffizi could be shorter, but worth it.

Beautiful roof to and large room. Staff helpful when I forgot an item. Check in easy and water dispenser in hallway. Parking reasonable through the hotel and nearby.

Beautifully appointed hotel in a fantastic location. Walking distance to all the major sites in Florence. The rooms were generously sized compared to others we’ve stayed in, in Italy. We ate in the restaurant on two nights and the food was excellent. Breakfast had a nice selection and was of good quality. The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. From reception, to the restaurant staff at dinner, manager greeting us at breakfast and staff servicing the pool - the entire team was friendly and helpful. It really made the trip memorable. Possibly have more shaded beds at the pool, given the heat in August.

Great hotel overall. Style is somewhat old-fashioned, just a matter of personal taste. Rooms were good and clean. AC was dealing well with the mid-July heat. The pool is great no matter how small it is. Shoes are recommended as the stones on the rooftop can get pretty hot. Location: quite good in general. Especially good if you travel by train or car. The parking is a modern underground garage which fits also bigger cars easily and is just 5 mins walk away. Most sites of tourist interest are 20-30 mins walk away. The area is quite and walkable also at night. Lovely staff as well, would certainly stay there again.

Boutique, style, location and staff . Food was excellent. I love this property and have stayed there many times. This was our 40th wedding anniversary and was hoping to have a similar size room as per usual but unfortunately out room was much smaller but everything else was wonderful.
