Rooms are decorated with blue tones, and come with unique décor. The private bathroom has Salvatore Ferragamo toiletries, and most feature Italian white marble. The Lungarno’s Borgo San Jacopo restaurant has been featured in major restaurant guides and offers traditional, yet creative cuisine. I was charged more than what was advertised to me on Booking.com

Beautiful, clean, amazing location and so quiet for how central it was. The continental breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were lovely and the staff were incredibly kind helpful and accommodating!!! Imran and Michol were helpful every step of the way Anything you need or want, the staff was on their game. We were genuinely sad to leave. It is peak summer so understandable, but rooms could run a little warm

This is an exceptional hotel in Florence, IT! If one is able to but does not stay in this hotel you can be sure you will have missed an impressive event in your life! Classic, professional, courteous, super-clean, extremely accommodating and comfortable.

Ok, more fresh fruit and granola would be nice. Room 579 is strange. Very dark and like being in a cave. The "loft" area wasn't really of much use. The bathroom door would not close. Overall the room felt like a dungeon.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff was perfect:professional, welcoming and kind in helping me in every aspect of my visit even printing out descriptions of the superb artwork hanging in the hotel itself. I can’t express enough the beauty of the hotel’s interior design and the artwork which graced every level. Last but not least:my room was everything I could have hoped for:elegant, intimate and the view of the Ponte Vecchio amazing. I will definitely come back.

The hotel is beautiful and in an amazing location on the Arno River next to Ponte Vecchio. It is close to all major sites in Florence and is in the amazing, fun to walk Oltrarno neighborhood. The staff is beyond incredible. In every interaction they made us feel like family, going out of their way to make every part of our stay incredible all the way to the very end when one of the bellmen gave me detailed directions on how to drive out of the area so as to avoid getting a ZTL fine. A truly amazing stay! Having one elevator broken and staying on the 7th floor added minor delays, but nothing that couldn’t be dealt with

The location in the city was a great central launching spot and the rrom itself was beautiful directly on top of the river. Breakfast service was a little slow, but fine, given how busy it was the mornings that we were there. The River Suite was stunning with ample room.

Gorgeous hotel, amazing location and wonderful, friendly staff.the doormen were the nicest people, as was the head bartender. Fantastic breakfast daily. Lovely cocktails in the evening. The gym was a terrible and pokey gym. Advertised as state of the art, it was hardly that. And only space for one person to work out. Also, it’s so small and stuffy that if you go in directly after someone’s been working out, the smell is quite putrid. For such a lovely hotel with thoughtful amenities, I wish they would pay more attention to the workout facilitiy.
