Really central location to be able to walk to the key Florence attractions. Helpful and friendly staff with a great rooftop bar! The rooms were really comfortable and clean.

Amazing location close to the centre and to Palazzo Pitti. Very spacious rooms. The only thing I didn't like was that the bar normally closed at 11 and guests came 20 minutes before closing, and they were told that they couldn't be served.

The location is incredible, although parking, like anywhere else in Florence is complex. The hotel is very nice, incredible lobby and solid rooms. Not the craziest breakfast I ever had, but I'm Spanish, for USA standards is fantastic. It might be worth strolling around for the money. Other than that perfect place to stay!

Perfect location to everything we wanted to see. Room was lovely and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We will be returning! Nothing!

Everything worked well for us - fantastic location, close to amenities and the traditional tourist sites but also a little away from the true hustle and bustle. Wifi and aircon worked very well (I'd seen reports saying this might not be the case but it was excellent - and it was 40 degrees every day so necessary!) No issues at all

Exceptional staff. Location. Comfortable bed. Poor room storage. Lack of comfortable seating areas around hotel. Underperfoming room air con. Not the best room layout for breakfast.

The location is perfect- walking distance to everything! The breakfast didn’t seem to be as fresh. Ok, but definitely can improve.

Well, the room was amazing! Spacious and comfortable. The location was brilliant for being in the historic heart of Florence and close to shops and restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again! Nothing to note

The staff were very nice, polite and patient with us. The room was very big with Lots of space, very clean and a Very big comfortable bed. The breakfast was very generous and delicious. Nothing at all.
