Great room service, comfortable bed, awesome balcony Not much to add here at all it was great

Good location, many stairs so it’s not very accessible, clean, and so romantic!

Friendly staff, clean room, AC, central location, lovely rooftop bar/restaurant with amazing views, and provided taxi service. We will be back! N/A.

The location is very good with walking distance to all the main sights in the old Florence. Very good and friendly reception service. The elevator was to small to take the stroller to the room. We carried it upstairs a couple of times (however, we learned that it could be kept in the reception)

The location was perfect. The room was clean, the bed and water pressure were awesome. The breakfast and staff were wonderful, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area. Loved the rooftop terrace for breakfast. Lots of exceptional restaurants in the area. Honestly, everything was perfect about this place. I have nothing negative to say.

The location in the old city Clean and quiet room The staff was forthcoming and communication was smooth Not very important, but no interesting view

Location Door to our group of rooms did not lock. In the bathroom the faucet is leaning over and feels like it will break off any minute. Needs a plumber!

The location was unbeatable, definitely the best part of our stay. The staff were very friendly and available 24 hours. They stored our bags when we arrived early, and by the time we checked in, the bags were already in our room, which was such a nice touch. The room was quiet with no noise disruptions. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again when I come back!

Stairs walking up and key for main front door

The staff was friendly and the room felt like a home away from home. It is in a residential building across the street for the hotel which turned out to be very nice. A special shout out to Laura for her excellent customer service. Also, the breakfast crew was friendly, the food was great and the Latte's were the best we had on our trip.to Italy. Definitely a little gem!

Location to Pitti Palace and Old town. The rooftop bar and breakfast area across the street is special and looks down on the Pitti Palace side yard and across to the Duomo. Very cool place to watch the sunrise or sunset. I reserved a spacious room and got the tiniest of rooms. The picture was not of the room I received. I feel as if it was a bait and switch. The hotel said you (Bookings) used the wrong image and I didn’t read well enough. That pissed me off! I had reserved room 303 two years ago and knew I didn’t want that dark, tight, narrow room again with a window that let in little light. So, I chose the bigger “spacious” room. Room 203 was fine, but not what I reserved.

There was no cattle in the room

Weird smell

It was in the middle of everything. The shower head would not turn on , so all we had was the wand, also one of the flush buttons was completely broken. The floor also flooded when we showered. The wc needs work.

Very welcoming considering we arrived at midnight.. Breakfast on the rooftop with view of Boboli gardens was a grand start to the day. Spa bath soak was a grand end to the day! nothing.

Lovely staff and it was great to have access to the rooftop bar at the hotel opposite our room. The room.was dark and depressing. No tea and coffee making facilities.

We loved the location! Close proximity to all restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the train station. The staff was very generous, it’s the same staff as the hotel across the street so we had to check-in the same way any hotel guest would. The staff let us bring our luggage and leave it with them before our scheduled check-in time, and they even had someone bring up our luggage to the 3rd floor. There is an elevator in the building, but keep in mind that it is very small, so 2 ppl with 2 suitcases wouldn’t fit, either 2 ppl fit or 1 person with 2 suitcases. We did use the elevator whenever we came back into the room from a day out so it was very convenient. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not good as the room was warm the entire time, regardless of the AC being on, it just didn’t cool enough at bedtime.
