Location, staff, and comfort were great!

The location is ideal. Loved the neighborhood, and I loved the staff so much! I’m sensitive to light, and I can see light peeking through the shutters, and I can hear street noise. But luckily I had my AirPod pros and was able to use noise cancellation to help me sleep.

The breakfast was varied and good. Location was very central. Inadequate lighting and no comfortable seating in the room. The room design was spare and cold, not inviting. While the young staff including the manager were friendly, they were not experienced in customer relations.

Location was amazing. Staff were so sweet and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable. And breakfast on the fifth floor was a great way to start the day.

The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The room quiet when window closed. AC was ok. Nice towels and robes. Ample hot water for 2 back to back showers. Water and snacks in mini fridge a very nice touch and restocked daily. Nepresso and tea kettle in room. 5th floor breakfast and all day refreshments were excellent. Lesly, Sophia, Amir, Agatha and everyone we interacted with were pleasant, professional and accommodating. The only thing I did not like were the mosquitoes that came in open window. Perhaps impossible to avoid. Screens on windows probably a no go. We had netting option over our bedding in our next lodging situation but it was a villa. If mosquitoes love you, use a skin so soft towelette on parts of body exposed.

The breakfast was a perfect start to the day. The glass elevator with art to view was really unique. The front desk team was phenomenal. The location was great for seeing the city and th local shopping was top notch. The amount of outside noise until 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning was a bit surprising, but that is also part of the charm of being in the heart of the city.

This was an exceptional stay in a really nice boutique hotel, in the heart of Florence with excellent staff! The hotel is luxurious, well designed with great artwork all over. The room was spacious had all needed amenities (including complementary minibar items) and had a lovely hand written welcome note and gift which was much appreciated! Breakfast included lots of options. Great feature is the 5th floor where guests can relax at anytime, with available coffee/tea/hot water as well as a microwave and many cool art books. Location is great as it's very central, close to the river, designer shops and nice restaurants. The best part of the hotel was the very helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond, providing great recommendations, always available via What's App, helpful with luggage, were kind enough to make restaurant bookings for us and at breakfast would go out of their way to make sure we had everything. The location was great! Very close to many stores and main attractions, if you are planning on dinning in the oltraorno neighborhood like we did (which we recommend) this location is perfect!! The rooms are clean and comfortable as well as the bathroom. The closet could be a bit bigger but wasn’t a dealbreaker for us as it does have space. The mini bar is free, mostly water, juice, coffee and some snacks which was a pleasant suprise. They also have a coffee machine in the 5th floor where they serve breakfast, that is available all day and also free which we loved and found very convenient. Also the staff is great, very welcoming and ready to help with anything that is required. We would definitely recommend and will be back! There is a bit of noise outside during the night but not a dealbreaker either.

The staff was amazing! The location is the best! The room is very clean The breakfast wasn’t so good. Not for me, that eat less in the norming but for my kids, they didn’t like so much. For me the biggest problem is the breakfast space… very tied, because bot so comfy. But I understand that doesn’t have so many empty spaces at the building.
