This was an exceptional place in many ways: the location, modern and very clean, offers complementary snacks and drinks and an exceptional breakfast. I was surprised they had a gratitude option at the checkout; it was an optional, but still was unusual.

The hotel is beautiful and very upscale. The rooms are nice with lots of amenities and robes and slippers. The breakfast buffet is enormous and delicious. A real treat.

The location is the city was PERFECT! We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful! NOTHING!

bathroom shower floor is very slippery and should have a matt to prevent falls. room location was far from the elevator with steps to navigate with luggage.

At night you can still hear the night life all night. So if you’re a light sleeper not the best for quiet time.

Staff were very helpful. Hotel is clean, breakfast and complementary mini bar are great. The location is prime since it’s walking distance to many places. We had a problem with one set of laundry, hotel sends it to an outside laundry service. It wasn’t the hotels fault but one batch of white shirts got ruined.
