Aesthetics are odd, it’s basically an apartment

The room was very comfortable the beds were the most comfortable I had slept on in my trip to Italy. The staff was also incredibly friendly and the rooms decorations were fun!

A little busy with the street cars , but quieter at night

Very convenient location in the city. A room is clean and comfortable. The owner of apartment - Laura is kind and helpful. She helped me with a little trouble regarding parking.

The hostess and her team were very nice. The B&B was convenient for the tram* (one block) to the city center and airport. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was king-size and comfortable. There was a day bed as well and a small fridge. We didn't use the TV. The complimentary WiFi worked fine. There was a smart little coffee shop run by two senior ladies just around the corner on the main street. And the next-door Kabab place had tasty food. A grocery store (Carrefore) was about a 10-minute walk. *I can't ignore the trams that rumbled by every ten minutes from 5:30 am to 12:30 am just outside leaving only a 5-hour window for undisturbed sleep. The shower (no tub) in our room was very small. The pillows were bulky and too firm for my comfort. While there were an electric kettle, instant coffee, and some dishware/utensils, coffee cups were often missing from the cabinet to have morning coffee in the room. We had opted out of breakfast. Local dining options and convenience stores were limited.

Close to the train station and great hospitality

Very clean place and excellent location. We didn’t need transportation. All within walking distance. The bed frame needs to be changed the material around is ripped and looks bad.

Laura was a very gracious host and very friendly. She let us check in early as we arrived earlier than expected. Location is walking distance to the train and to town. Laura provided us with very helpful suggestions about where to go and what to do while in Florence. There is a small shared terrace at the fust house where we would sit ou in the evening and have wine a.d charcuterie. Laura knew that it was my birthday while we were there and made us a very nice breakfast our last morning there, very kind and thoughtful. Downside is the amount of stairs needed to get our luggage up before getting to the elevator to get the rest of the way. This seems to be the case in Italy at the other places we stayed as well ( next time i'll pack lighter).

Laura was amazing! located close to the Belfiore tramway stop. check in was easy Laura explained in detail the process. Room can accommodate 3 guests.

Close to major points in the city, within walking distance. Laura was incredibly nice and accommodating. Location is a bit sketchy. Arrived at night and there were homeless people and sketchy people around. A bit loud. Earplugs are provided Smell in room (Laura was kind enough to go through the room again with cleaning but someone on our floor was smoking and the smell wafted into our room nightly). Rooms are clean have the very basics but are not super comfortable. Breakfast is not provided which was a surprise given it’s labeled a B&B

Wonderful staff! Comfortable bed and overall a pleasant vibe. There wasn't anything not to like.

Great location, near the centre and train station Completely my fault for not examining the description properly but this place is good for students as it felt like a hostel with many rooms rented out on the same floor, noise levels high of all the doors opening and closing and a weird, stuffy smell in the bathroom. Booking.com needs to review its filters as the search filter for 'free parking' showed this place and it does not have free parking. However, this is not a fault of the B&B and staff was very helpful in giving information on how and where to park nearby for a reasonable price.
