Room were great and modern. Great breakfast and pool. Staff were awesome with all of our questions. Overground train stop 2 min walk. Walking distance to museum that has David statue and Duomo church Had to pay to use a third party gym. Very minor criticism.

The workers were absolutely wonderful and so helpful for literally any of your needs! Nicely air conditioned (this was a bit fear of mine) it was comfortable and very clean! In walking distance (under 30 min) to mostly everything! Pool is a little small

The only negative thing I can think of is in the hotel description it says it’s only a 10 minute walk from the train station when it’s actually 20 minutes. Definitely worth a taxi ride if you have luggage.

New facilities and larger rooms with more storage than most. The bed was comfortable with extra blankets and soft pillows. A plus to previous hotels that we stayed in while visiting Italy. The restaurant was very nice and reasonably priced with nice city views. The breakfast was also good with a variety of food selections. The only thing that was of some concern was the location. I am from the states so I am not familiar with the Naples area but this appears to be located in an old warehouse district not far from the water port and the area is being rehabilitated. This is a new hotel with some rooms just recently being completed (May, 2026). I felt safe in the area but there are no shops. However, the hotel offers free shuttle service throughout the day to the downtown shopping areas.

Bar service was a little less than what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. No flexibility about check out times. Price is high, but in standard with prices in Florence.
