Simple, practical, clean, very close to Tram station. Good Service. A/C is good.

Room was located right outside the main hub for Florence. Easily accessible from the train station, restaurants, and local attractions. Plenty of room to relax and cool down in the AC. Room also had a good size balcony with a nice view of the back courtyard and Duomo. Actual hotel is located a little further East than the address listed on the property. Clear signs on the building to find the hotel.

There were cockroaches in the room, my wife was very scared, and all the furniture was very old. My wife couldn't sleep that night.

Location is not too far from the train station which was convenient to explore the Tuscany My husband spontaneously decided to make a surprise and join me for the part of my stay in Florence. When he arrived and we came to check him in, they said he should pay 100 euros per night to stay in my DOUBLE room. After we complained, the guy on reception called „the boss“ and „negotiated“ the price down to „50 euros“ per night for him, so we paid 100 euro for him extra which is outraging as my room was already not a single room, so no pricy upgrade of the room type was necessary. Moreover, their double room price on booking.com stays the same no matter if you book it for two people or for one person. We were ready to pay extra 20-25 euros per night plus the city tax of course. Yet the fact they planned to charge us 200 euros extra for the second person to join me in the double room is ridiculous. Shower is very weak, water takes long time to heat and is very unstable No sound isolation. You hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms and in the corridor Sketchy, loud street and we did not feel very safe coming home at night AC not working because „it is not the season yet“ so we had to decide every night if we wanted to open windows to let mosquitoes in or have no fresh air in the room at all, so they should remove AC from the amenities list

Communication about location
-
Location was great for touring. No breakfast but a nice coffee bar. Staff and owner were extremely helpful as this was our first visit to Italy. A little noisy at night.
-
Staff was very nice. Bedding was fine and clean. Bathroom was clean. It was soundproof. Bathroom had a nightlight and a fan. The desk chair in the room was stained. Shower was very small and water would bounce between freezing cold and scalding. Was told the air conditioning was not always available.
-
A couple of small downsides — the toilet was a bit unusual, took some getting used to. Also, sometimes the water pressure was low, which made the shower water lukewarm rather than hot. Nothing critical, but worth mentioning.

City tax in cash!
-
location very good, nice to have 24 hr concierge, stayed at three hotels in different cities this was only one that did not have breakfast, not able to get coffee at the desk if it was too early but there is a cafe across the street. coffee or tea, still nice place
-
Great location and is just a 10 minute walk from the city center. Rooms are cleaned every day with new towels every 3 days. Beds are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Price is also very good.
-
Too small shower cabin(in the single room)
-
Very nice staff, very good location, nice place, close to everything. I really recommend that place. N/a

the only thing didn't really like is that when flushing the toilet, it takes time before we can flush again. but other than that, everything else was great.

The entrance of the hotel was a bit sketchy and dirty you had to take the elevator to the 3rd floor At least the A/C worked We booked an apartment room but when we got there they said we weren’t allowed to use the kitchen area so 1/4 of what we paid for we couldn’t use Also the walls had smears of what I’m guessing were dead bugs There was one employee who was a bit rude when we asked for help in our room and raised his voice at us and walked away We didn’t have hot water for a whole day either
-
Close to city center Not as advertised
-
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent very close to the train station and also just a short walk from the Duomo. The rooms are extremely clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly. They also offered free luggage storage, which was very convenient.
-
I cannot emphasize enough how clean and sharply ironed the bedding was! Like it was super clean, which is very important for me because I use hotel rooms only for sleeping Nothing, it’s great

We liked everything about this hotel. The staff, the location, the room.
