The checkin process was complicated. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived and it took 15 minutes for someone to arrive. ?

We liked everything, our room had stove, but didn't have a tea kettle or any pots?

The hotel was truly excellent, very elegant, clean and spacious. I also really appreciated the location, which is within walking distance from the city centre.

Breakfast offered a good selection of fresh food in a garden setting

Everything…. Very clean the room are modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The location is about 25 minute walk in to the center. Shelam on reception was amazing, so hard working and friendly nothing was too much for him. The only thing that that would help us would of been mirror to do makeup, the ones in the room were tinted

Clean , spotless , close to the centre And staff were amazing Breakfast was stunning Nothing

Spacious, clean, and has an open balcony on the roof top. Limited parking and not multiple access.

The property is really cute and quaint. Off of a major road and short walk to buses and tram, it’s the perfect location to stay in Florence if you want to access the city center without being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. The building itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and comfy beds. The staff is top-tier. I can’t wait to stay here again. Nothing; the experience was fantastic from check-in to check-out.

The hotel is a little far from the city center but if you have time and like to walk is really good. And is 10 min far from the academmia super nice.

Staff a bit to curious

The property is very comfortable and is outside the very crowded tourist area, but just a half hour walk from the center. Nothing

We loved the location and the design of our room. The entire property is well maintained. Our room was immaculate and quiet.

The staff was very friendly ! Room didn’t feel like a suite, felt like a bigger single room . Was a bit disappointed.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, my friend and I had several uncomfortable experiences with this hotel. Firstly, the receptionist was never at the check in desk during our stay. We had no way of contacting him since the phone in our room did not work. We only ran into the receptionist at random times, which was really frustrating when we needed something. Secondly, the hotel staff seems to not respect the privacy of its guests even when asked. My friend and I requested no room cleaning service when we went out for the day, but then came back to the hotel and the cleaning staff had entered our room. Another instance was when the receptionist used his card to open and access our room WHEN WE WERE STILL INSIDE with no warning, not even a knock! Thankfully we were fully dressed, and the receptionist closed the door without any explanation or applogy. As female guests, we felt extremely uncomfortable and went to ask for an explanation, but the receptionist had left again and was nowhere to be found. We waited a couple minutes and he came back out to the lobby and asked why he had entered our room, and all he said was "to check on the minibar". We told him to please not enter our room since we never requested any service or cleaning. The last incident was extremely uncomfortable. We came back to our room in the afternoon and saw that the large windows in our bathroom and the large doors (that leads to the hotel's garden area that can be accessed by the other hotel guests) were completely open! Additionally, a towel was thrown on the ground in front of our bathroom door. We were highly disturbed and made sure none of our items were tampered with. We could not find any staff to ask why our room was left in this state, but we assumed it was because it was due to housekeeping. They never checked in to make sure the doors and windows were closed and offered no explanation even though, again, we specifically asked that our room be left alone unless we requested service.

The reception closed at 20:00 this is not convincing
