New Generation Hostel Florence Center

The building the room, the location it was amazing. The bad was really comfortable and the bathroom is really clean. The staff they supposed to be there 24 hours, but during my two nights stay, I waited for them to open the door outside five or six times The AC wasn’t working they told me and other people that they were gonna fix it but they didn’t. It was 38°C

The amazing cleaners were so pleasent one from Morrocco and the other from Brazil. 2 of the reception staff were amazing. Loved the garden and the vibe of the place also the location close to the trains and buses. Go to the supermarket right next to the hostel to make affordable meals. Bathrooms were not great. One of the reception staff more interested in being on his phone.

You need to give your keys when you go out. Rooms dont have doors so if someone makes some noise in common area, it can wake you up. Shower was dirty. Also they charge for towels around 4.5 euros

They cleaned the place daily The A/C did not work for the first day and most of the following day of my stay. The locking mechanism (a small hook) for the restroom/shower were ripped off the wall, so there was no secure way to have privacy. The glass shower door was barely hanging on.

Lights turn on everytime someone walks across the room.

Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel itself was great, but the absolute best part was the location. It is incredibly close to everything—we were able to easily walk to all the main spots and attractions. Highly recommend if you want to be right in the heart of things! Don't bring large luggages , it will be difficult to bring them up .

Remarkable building and great location.

In our dorm, the lights (sensors) and the noise from the hallways were disturbing our sleep

The constant buzzing loud noise of ac and metal locker noise just not ideal environment to sleep.

The showers were disgusting and there was mold. There was also bug beds. Staff wasn’t nice.

BEAUTIFUL place to stay, loved the murals and courtyard

We expect the room for us with out share with some one else The room and bath room smell a sewer some times They don’t advice to carry with towel and soap The lockers are close to the sleeping area and make a lot of noises and no chairs close to them

Great location, walkable distance to all main attractions. Safe area with good restaurants around. If you are coming by car, good car garages available nearby. Comfortable, quite & clean. Hostel building is interesting & historic with paintings on ceilings & arches etc. Breakfast is included but it's just a croissant & coffee.

Hard to find

The setting is beautiful, silent and peaceful, and within the grounds of chiesa di San Salvatore di Ognissanti where Botticelli is buried near Simonetta. The room was clean and bed very comfortable, in our room we slept with the windows open. Simple and clean, couldn't ask for more.

The kitchen it’s small and the people working at reception could be a bit more nicer to guests

There was quite a way from the reception to the rooms but that wasnt that bad.Was a cool way to see the place.

I wasn't able to get one single dormitory for 8 people which was quite stressful
