The fa facilities are good. Looks high end hotel. It matches is 4 star rating 1) Every room should gave a dedicated iron and ironing board avialable as a standard feature of a fourxstar hotel. The room I was in did not have an iron and ironing board.

The location, the rooftop pool, nice breakfast, my room had a terrace which was lovely, and I was able to check in early which was amazing There was a nearby festival on for both nights that I was there and it was loud between 11pm and 4am, thankfully I did have some noise cancelling headphones but this wasn’t explained on check in. It would have been perfect otherwise

Everything was good. Breakfast was OK. The Lobby needs to be made more attractive as it looks run down at the first glance especially at the time of entering the hotel for the first time but when you look deeper, it is just modern but not of good-quality and/or attractive furnitures and such. A little work could change the image considerably.

The first room we was allocated was dark and old fashioned, the air con didn't work. We was moved to a newly refurbished room which was a lot nicer and a lot bigger. The staff at the roof top bar were rude and unhelpful. I will not be staying at a NH hotel again!

We had a great stay. Breakfast was delicious, and our suite was very spacious with its own private terrace/balcony. The area was quiet and peaceful, while still only about a 20-minute walk from Ponte Vecchio and the heart of Florence. The rooftop pool was a huge plus, especially with the kids and the 40°C summer heat! Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family.

Very clean and good service.always helpful booking a taxi.our room was big and comfortable.buffet breakfast was awesome! We asked for a king bed and it ended up two king singles put together which created a join in middle that was uncomfortable. This hotel wasn't close to city so much walking or transport needed.

It was clean and close to bus and train. Spacious room and even though we were on the first floor the soundproofing was relatively good. Bed was a little too hard. Cocktails at roof bar were pretty bad, don’t waste your time ordering one. The pool was very small and filled with children, not much seating space. But good enough for a quick dip at the end of a hot day. We were given a room on the first floor with a view of the outside AC so you’d think for that you should get a massive discount in price. Room wasn’t very bright and the inside AC was freezing
