The property itself is outstanding and very impressive. Amenities are very good as well and breakfast had a good selection of different things Given the location it is a bit expensive. This is near the train station so it’s a bit of a walk to get to the city every time

Staff was super friendly, they showed us around and navigated to our room, I got a small cake and colorful baloons for my birthday - it was so sweet! Neigbourhood is great - on the side from main attractions, quiet at night but still walking distance to the train station. Very nice coffee and tasty breakfast. It was indeed a very lovely stay for romantic getaway!

The room is very nice and clean. Good size bathroom. And lovely little courtyard. It's to far from the centre with al the restaurants, bars and sights. It's a good 20 min walk. Also through a bit of a rough neighbourhood. Would not recommend for woman alone. Or walking in this hot weather. The air-conditioning was very strange. There was almost no airflow in the room and it didn't cool down a lot. We kept saying this as reception and they said this was normal.

We had a lovely stay at the Palazzo Montebello, Florence. It was very hot in the city when we visited in July and walking into the cool hotel from the outside heat was bliss. The hotel is very spacious with lovely decor throughout. The room was clean and very big with lots of space for suitcases and hanging clothes, etc. The bathroom was also a great size with his and hers sinks! There was a great choice at the buffet breakfast and it seemed quiet which made it feel relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

That it was clean, the outside garden was stunning, the room had everything we needed and more. It was comfortable and pleasant stay. We loved everything and we will be back

The blding has nice architecture. It is always very clean. The room was quite big. Sometimes when I am at a hotel, I feel like at home. And most of the time hetel team creates this atmosphere. This was not the case, people were very cold.

We loved the room, large, stylish, plenty of charging facilities, good size bathroom, bed was comfy, good coffee and very clean. We also liked the breakfast, we are quite surprised a lot of people have complained about that! Nothing really but location is a little further from the action then we thought but that is picky.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a great layout and an excellent location that makes it very convenient for exploring the area. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with plenty of storage space for clothing. The bed was also one of the most comfortable we have experienced in a hotel, which made the stay especially relaxing. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The only area that could use a little more attention is the bathroom. For a hotel of this standard, some details could be better maintained—for example, the rubber gasket on the shower door was damaged, which caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor while showering. There was also very limited space around the sink to leave toiletries and cosmetics, which made doing a skincare routine somewhat inconvenient. These were relatively minor issues, however, and did not significantly affect what was otherwise an excellent stay. Overall, a beautiful and comfortable hotel with fantastic staff, an amazing location, and exceptionally comfortable rooms.
