Comoda la convenzione con un garage situato a pochi metri da lì. Avendo un passeggino doppio non è stato semplicissimo salire la scala che portava al nostro piano (il primo fortunatamente), ma nulla di impossibile. Non è in ogni caso responsabilità della struttura.

Good location, near the railway station. Facilities could be improved.There is a restaurant downstairs, noisy in the late evening.

Our stay at Guest House Domo Florenzia exceeded all expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the daily glass bottles of water and the convenience of having a refrigerator in the room. What truly made the experience exceptional was the hospitality. The owner was present, attentive, and genuinely caring from the moment we arrived until the end of our stay. Every question was answered with kindness and professionalism, making us feel welcomed and at ease throughout. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore Florence while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing environment. I highly recommend Guest House Domo Florenzia to anyone visiting Florence. We would absolutely stay here again! There is nothing wrong that I could say about this place

Great location, close to the train station and just 15 min away (walk) from historical center. We stayed here for 1 night before flying back, and it was overall great. The room is spacious and clean, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Lara was an excellent host. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable, and very cool despite the heat! The location is very convenient; only a 6 minute walk from the train station. I would stay here again! I was pleased.

No staff at all. Can only communicate via WhatsApp and they don't reply back immediately. So if you have some urgent issues, nobody can help

The room was very traditional Florence Italy. Very clean and comfortable. Within a 20-minute walk to everything you want to see in Florence. Very close to the train station. My entire family loved our stay. Would stay again without question. The host was great and responded quickly to all of our questions. Nothing

The owners were there to meet us and because we were early we were able to keep our bags there until our room was y. They notified us when it was available. The guest house is in a great location and our room was in a very quiet area of the building. Not only is it convenient to trains and buses, it is not far from the main attractions of Florence. We will surely recommend it to our friends. Met all our needs.

Very clean, comfortable, near the train station and the owner is so helpful especially when we left some our things in the apartment. Nothing to say.

I did not know from the listing that I would not be welcomed by a person and had to use a code to get in. I think booking.com should clarify that online.

The room and the bathroom were big, clean and comfortable for 3 people. We got all the details for our check-in from the host since we would be checking in late. The host was very kind and quick to answer all our questions on WhatsApp. It was a pity that we did not meet at all, not even on the last day during the check-out. The house is situated very close to the train station as well as restaurants and cafés. You could easily take a walk towards the centre of Florence from there (about 15min.). We would definitely recommend the pizza restaurant below our house with really good napoletan pizza (NOT a touristic trap!) and Gamberini café and bistro which is close to the house both for breakfast and a glass of wine. We also got a discount from our host for breakfast at the café. The area was not nice. While we were coming closer to the house, the neighbourhood did not seem very safe and it smelt a lot from the drains in the street. Luckily, the room did not smell bad as there was constantly a perfume device plugged in the bathroom and probably in the house as well. We noticed that as we were walking towards the centre of the town the smell disappeared. The first impression of the area where the house is was not good in general as there were people around who seemed suspicious. One more thing that was negative was that there was a lot of noise until late from a bar which was also below the house. I would not recommend the house in general for families but for couples or friends visiting Florence, it would be ok. We also got the information that there is a mosquito repellent device to plug in and we thought that we would not need to use it. Unfortunately, yes, there was a mosquito in the room and there is a possibility that the area has problems with that as well as a drain problem.

Big room, great location! Tricky door locks(but you get used to it on the first day, one set of keys) and a large staircase only if you are traveling with a big luggage or stroller (we all had carry on luggage so it was great for us).

Easy walking distance from the train station. Wonderfully size & cleanliness of the room. The staff were excellent as well. Great bang for your Euro! The inside door to access the facility was a bit sticky.

The space of the room long and wide. 4 single beds in one space but with each their own nightstand, light, outlet. Two separate tables for waters, keys, wallets, etc. a small fridge, tea kettle, tea, cups, sugar. Two large windows that had dark shutters and curtains that faced the street. The windows opened. The bathroom was narrow but long. The shower had good hot water and good pressure. The window in bathroom let in some natural light and provided ventilation. Owner super friendly. Very informative, nice. Good communication and directions to entering building and apartment. Bathroom narrow, not enough towels, dim lighting in bathroom. One key for the four of us(it’s a real key)

Nice, pleasant room, just like in the pictures.Clean bathroom. Some old-fashioned furniture gives a nice touch to the room. Very close to the train station Centrale, which is very handy when you travel between cities by train, visit Pisa. Some basic kitchen utensils are missing, like spoon, fork and knife, so you could have breakfast in the room with something bought from the supermarket. The floor was very dusty, not visible from first sight, but you cannot walk just in socks.

Beautifully decorated light filled room was so welcoming! The linens were lightly scented, as is the soap. Chilled, purified water was waiting for us at check in, along with the prettiest tea cups. Very spacious room with lots of lights. Stephan graciously worked with our very early check in request so we could enjoy our time in Florence before our 6 AM flight out the next morning. The location is very convenient to trams, trains and busses. BUT the best part - the bed was so incredibly comfortable!!! I had my best night's sleep here put of the 15 on my trip. Lots of cozies in the wardrobe if you'd like, too. You really can't go wrong here. I don't like that I didn't stay here earlier on in my trip!

The accomodartion is very spacious and comfortable for my family. Stefano welcomed us upon check-in, arranged for our garage parking and airport taxi, his service is exceptional. He also gave restaurant recommendation, which are nearby. Expect some noise at night coming from the street and restos/bars, which you need to close the windows.
