Relais del Duomo

The location was perfect! The gentleman at the desk was also super accommodating. We changed our plans because it was so hot in Florence from three nights to two but still had to pay the full price.

The location was perfect. Close to the Duomo. Staff were very helpful. I got early check in and was able to leave my luggage the day of checkout. Breakfast was great brought to my room The entry system was very noisy. Very little sound proofing but it was quiet at night. The stairs might be an issue for some people

It was close to everything. Management was there in morning brought breakfast. It was very good . Also helped me get taxi to leave for airport. Was very helpful. No one there when you need it. I had an issue trying to put the code in front door and rang property management and no answer. After 25 minutes I did get the code in. Stairs are a problem for the handicap or elderly.

This property was incredible. The location was a block away from the Duomo, could not have been more ideal. The property was hosted by a lovely gentleman who was so helpful and greeted us each morning with a lovely breakfast. He helped us get a taxi, carry our luggage, and really helped make our stay perfect. Nothing. It was perfect.

Relais del Duomo was a wonderful place to stay in Firenze. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable. The hosts were incredible and so kind! They checked in to see how my stay was going every day when we talked. I'm grateful for their generosity and hospitality. Highly recommend if you want an excellent location at a good price, plus breakfast!

Excellent location. Quiet street right behind the Piazza del Duomo. Good places to eat literally on the doorstep (recommend the place on the right on exiting the property). Great host. Everything clearly explained via WhatsApp before we arrived. Property exactly as described. Clean and well cared for. Nice breakfast. Good value overall too. Nothing to note. It was very good throughout

Location The building is old

I loved the place. It was very cute, clean, the location was great and it felt safe. The hosts were even able to accommodate a protein base breakfast, which is hard to find in Italy. It was only a little loud at night. You might need ear covers if you are a light sleeper, but it is the price to pay for being in the middle of everything. If you book here look for the light switches on the stairs. There are 3 of them and I didn't see any until the last day (my bad). It was still a great place. A little noisy from outside during the night. I still slept great.

Also allowed us to leave our luggage while we went to the Cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore. Which was only around the corner from our location. Room was a bit small I am a 6'1" 280lbs guy and could not walk anywhere without hitting the bed.
