Breakfast was in a different location (2 min walk) in a cafe where you have very limited options.

Didn’t even get to stay. The owner wasn’t responsive. It’s the next day and still no reply and he hasn’t even read my message or called back. Very inconvenient if you have luggage you’d like to drop off. Upon arrival I did not understand how I’d get in especially since there was no assistance. Do not recommend if you have questions or requests as host does not respond promptly.

Air conditioning was very very poor. Pathetically hot apartment. Apartment being of double ceiling height with air conditioning air pressure was too low, on a scale of 1-10 air flow was 0 (zero). Seems air conditioner was never serviced and had blocked filter too. Never gonna recommend this for sure !! Disappointing

Very close to the Duomo. Room was modern and very clean. The AC was great at maintaining temperature. Friendly host and communicates well. The water temperature in the shower was not consistent. Once it turns cooler it’s hard to make it go warm again.

Location was PERFECT! Walking distance to everything, lots of restaurants nearby. Communication with staff was also good. Breakfast- we were given some tickets to go to a coffee shop nearby. For us specifically, it was inconvenient because the shop didn’t open until 9am and the last day we tried to make it, it was so full that we were not able to order anything. I had a schedule I needed to stick with so I couldn’t just sit and wait forever. I am just saying this to clarify not to give a negative feedback. We drove there so we parked in a Garage nearby which unfortunately, I am missing things from my car and that was the only place. Reminder to take everything with you.

The ac caused the loft to get very cold. Ended up having my husband sleep there instead of our son.

Nothing! We did not have a great experience there. Although we had paid for breakfast, they did not serve breakfast at this property. They did not share the wifi password either. Surprisingly, when we arrived at the property door for checking in at 3pm, nobody was there to let us in! The property management even do not respond to our messages.

Disappointing

Phenomenal location. We rented the large bedroom (3 beds) which was very nice, and we would happily book the room again. Two things we would like to see improved: Breakfast and internet speed. Breakfast was unavailable despite being advertised, but the host offset that by covering our city taxes (~€16). The Internet speed was very slow and tested at 2.6 Mbps download speed, but we spent most of our time outside the apartment so just keep that in mind if that’s important.

Loves location, bathroom could use updating.

Wonderful location literally around the corner from Florence Cathedral. The room itself is quite huge since there is a mezzanine for the smaller bed. During our trip, the included breakfast was not available (the cafe which provided it was closed). However, instead of having to pay the city tax, they did not ask me to do so as a "refund" for the breakfast.
