The bed room was small with one chair for a person to sit down & the bed was uncomfortable. The TV had no reception or streaming options and the continental breakfast was alright.

Federico is a true Italian gentleman, very welcoming and professional. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, within walking distance of Florence's main attractions. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Florence. Nothing!!! Our stay was excellent and met all our expectations. We would happily stay here again.

Breakfast was very good with an adequate selection of choices. Great location near the Duomo. Quiet at night. The staff went above and beyond in helping us secure a taxi during a hectic morning in the city. Ancient elevator was a challenge but that came with the building.

Location was fantastic and short walk to all of the galleries and museums we wanted to go to. Hosts were great. A little tough to get luggage up and down two flights of stairs. Elevator is tiny but in two trips we could get our bags and us up the two flights.

It was nice that there was an elevator, but it was very difficult to get in/out of. For the cost of the room, I thought the breakfast was included but it was and additional 12 Euro.

Overall this was a great place to stay! Convenient location, Francesca was super welcoming and helpful with recommendations for dinner and cafes.

The elevator is tiny so it's a bit challenging with large luggage. There is some noise from the street, not horrible but I'm a light sleeper so it affected me.

The location is amazing, right outside of the Duomo square and an easy walk from train station. Frederico and Franchesca are lovely hosts. This was our second time staying at BB and we will do it again when we return to Florence nothing

The room was beautiful and very clean. The windows had another set of windows over them to provide sound proofing which was great. The breakfast was a little lacking.
