First off staff was very excellen! Attentive, welcoming and supportive throughout. The location is "Prime", very centrally located, we pretty much walked to every place we wanted to visit. The suite was amazing as well, very clean and with much comfort. Also serene, not body at all, so slept great! Oh! Almost forgot, the breakfast is a nice touch and apetizing. The only thing I can say is that the suite could have been a lil cooler. I don't know if the units need some more coolant. But in their defense, the 1st day it was 100°F another days about 90°, so I don't know if it just want able to keep up. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again!

Daniela was amazing, the room was very clean. The property is right across from the coliseum. There’s nothing to not like

Close to areas we wanted to visit Clean and spacious room Laura was awesome. She provided a map of the city and gave us some good ideas of what places to visit The toilet seat was broken and the shower drained very slowly

Loved the style of the room. Loved the staff, very nice. Loved having access to the code to come and go when needed. Loved the location. Shower is slippery

The family room we stayed in was spacious, well appointed with toiletries, towels, coffee, and tea and the staff were amazing. The room was tidied up daily and when arranged early check out, they ensured a to-go breakfast order was placed for us with the cafe next door that serves their complimentary breakfast buffet. The buffet included several options (meats, cheeses, cereals, egg, bacon, sausage, and several pastries and cake selections). Additionally, we arrived after check in hours but were struggling to find the location as our phone navigation led us to a close but different location and they were kind enough to come and meet us and take us to the proper location. The location is perfect as it is close to all major attractions and the train station. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip :) Nothing, it was great

The location was good. Close to train station. But we paid 10 Euros to have a car meet us to take the family and luggage to the BnB. They never showed. We tried to get an adjustment to the bill at the BnB. The reception person informed us that they don’t have a car! We stood in a mess of a taxi waiting line for about 30 minutes. Health issues prevented our walking! The room was scented with an overwhelming incense smell. We removed the incense, we went touring and returned to a sewer gas smell that we could not get rid of. We booked a Triple room. My wife and I had a double bed. Our son was forced to sleep on a fold out couch with a very thin mattress. For two nights he had the metal fold out bar in the middle of his spine , plus sewer gas I wet a hand towel put it over the shower drain, left the bathroom window open, closed the door to the bathroom. No Relief. Spent a lot, dreaded going to the sewer gas room. Again, the room (No. 6) had an overwhelming incense oil smell when we first entered. We removed scented oils, opened windows and un packed. We booked a triple room. A double for us and a single for our son. He got an older fold out couch with a thin mattress and the fold out bar in the middle of his spine. We closed up windows, locked the door and spent the day touring. We returned to a smelly room (we understood the use, need of oils/room freshening/incense products). We set about opening windows, covering shower drain with a wet towel, closing bathroom door- little to no relief- after two days we’re glad to leave! That smell was on our clothes in the dirty laundry bag in our suitcases. We could still smell it after going to to Rome and ultimately getting home to do laundry! Not worth the time, trouble or expense!! I would never go back.

There was plenty of space for 5 people and a very nice set of accommodations. But more than anything we just really appreciated the customer service from the front desk. Andre checked us in and helped us plan out a day itinerary through Florence and then also called a driver on our behalf and was super helpful. He communicated with us through the entire trip checking in and always able to help or give advice. Overall the area was quiet and it was a very pleasant stay. N/a

Such a fun building! Felt like we traveled back in time with the winding stair case and massive doors. Wonderful clean and quiet room. Great space. Breakfast was pleasant. Central to everything. Luca was exceptional- he stayed late on our arrival day and still spent time with us going over things to do. In and out quick but very happy with our stay. If you hate stairs and small elevators don’t stay here. We didn’t care at all and enjoyed the extra steps after Gelato.

Location, was just an 8 minute walk from the train station, slap bang in the middle of Florence. 3 minute walk to the Duomo. The breakfast restaurant next door was very relaxing and the staff were great. The beds were comfortable and the safe was free of charge. The shower pressure was poor. There was only 1 coffee sachet in our room during our 5 day stay. I did ask for more but they'd run out. Parts of the room looked like they hadn't been dusted in about 6 months, eg the picture frames, skirten boards, the top of the safe, the shelves in the wardrobe and the ceiling had cobwebs hanging from it.

It was clean and comfortable and near the train station and attractions It was a wonderful stay

The staff was amazing and super sweet and helpful, it’s super spacious and you’re next to the main attraction of Florence. The lobby when you enter is a bit scary but that’s about it.

Great location and staff. Wonderful breakfast! Nothing

The property was filthy. Walking across the floor our feet were black. There were bed bugs in the sofa bed. There were spider webs everywhere and bugs in the bathroom. I’m surprised booking.com represents this property. We actually left this property at 10:00pm and went to another hotel that night. None of us wanted to chance getting bit with bed bugs.

Privacy, quietness, and cleanliness of the room, with a view of the dome of San Lorenzo. Staff was very nice. Easy check-in and check-out. Location close to the station and walkable to destinations within the city.

Entry on first floor was hard to find and looked like a flop house. We were very concerned until we saw our room.

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

Room had great light even facing the courtyard, high ceilings, pretty modern fixtures despite being in an older building. Andrea was a great host and was really helpful with booking us a taxi and making sure we got some breakfast for our super early flight out! Location was perfect, just off the main piazza around the Duomo and the roof had a pretty view of the Medici Chapel. Would stay again! Room floors could use more frequent cleaning since they’re hard floors and not carpet—my socks were pretty dirty after taking my shoes off and felt it felt icky walking out of the bathroom to the bed.

Great Location, room was spacious and they had ab big terrace. In the room it smelled very moldy, thats why we slept with open window

Excellent property with ideal location! Very clean bedroom & bathroom with great shower. WiFi was very strong. Ilenia at the check in desk spent ample time explaining & recommending sites and eateries. Andrea & Luca were also warm and helpful. Elevator is a nice feature too. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant next door was perfect with many food options, including gluten free. Nothing
