The hotel has a very central location close to all the main attractions in Florence. We stayed in a beautiful room (see photos) with a painted ceiling, large bathroom and closets. The service is also amazing, everyone is really kind. The gym is pretty good for a hotel gym. Everything was great. The only recommendation could be that the breakfast eggs included in the rate could be a bit more elaborate. But the service is so good and everyone is so nice and the food is still good, but would just make the experience a full 10/10

The location is great. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Front desk, bellhop, restaurant , and housekeeping staff were outstanding. Its a beautiful hotel, but the team takes it to a different level. Air conditioner in our didn't work well the last day

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Francesca and Nadeem. The other front desk staff & concierge were also very efficient and helpful. There can be greater variety at breakfast. Guests should not be charged for a handful of cut fruit at breakfast when requested with yoghurt.
