The location was convenient, at walking distance from the train station and the Duomo The AC didn't work. I opened the window to let fresh air in, but I could smell the fumes from the restaurant below. It was quite difficult to find, even with a GPS. The entrance door is hidden between two restaurants.

Not a good part of town. Could not find it by the directions given. Very small accommodations. Had to go over a bock for breakfast.

This location was perfect for us for a one night stopover between Rome and Venice (we stayed other days in Florence in a deeper neighborhood). It was a 10 minute walk to the train station, right in the middle of central Florence and surrounded by the sights and many restaurants. Super close to the Mercato Centrale which is great to grab lunch at. The unit itself was exactly as we expected - small but nice and perfect for our needs. We didn't get to take advantage of the included breakfast voucher for a nearby panaderia, but that was a nice touch.

If you are planning to arrive with a big car to Florence city center, it can be a bit tight. Nothing to do with the accommodation - just general advice

Aircon spewing out clumps of dirt. TV did not work. Internet stopped working.

Room was very hot even with a/c on the whole time. Room was tight, shower and bathroom tight too.

We have to carry by ourselves for 30kg suitcases (2 packs) to 2nd floors without help from staff. It's not your fault but please at least have a help, we didn't see anyone to ask for a favor with our luggage

Good location and comfortable sleep The bathroom’s floor drain needs improvement, a bit clogged, water will come out.

Stayed for three nights. Bathroom was clean, shower was nice with no lack of hot water. Bed was comfortable and clean. Host is at the facilities in the morning. He was polite and friendly. Location is superb. Right outside is Medicee Chapel and Santa Maria del Fiore is within a five-minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants nearby also.
