Fantastic location and view from the balcony. We were really lucky to find it! Very nice breakfast and exceptionally friendly nice and helpful stuff. We would love to stay again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at B&B Florence Duomo. The front desk staff was accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Location was fantastic, steps from the Duomo, close to Train station, central to many other attractions like Ufitzi, David and Piti Palace. While I found the room small I thought they used the space well. Bathroom shower leaked terribly (no real door) but the marble floors and countertops with rain shower made it feel like a luxury hotel. Provided a variety of complimentary including slippers, dental kit, annd shower clap which was lovely. I asked for special accommodations like more towels and pillows with no issue. Breakfast had lots of options but quality was average. I would definitely consider staying here again. They had a lounge, but only had coffee available. Would have like to have had tea or water available. Shower leaked terribly, almost flooded the floor

The location is amazing! We had a great view out our bedroom window. It’s very close to the train station and everything else you want/need to see! I’d stay here again. I loved the location the most! The bedroom and bathroom were small but so is everywhere in Italy. Rhe beds were comfy & the staff was friendly. There is an ice maker in the lobby which we took advantage of!

Unbeatable location in Florence especially for proximity to the duomo and market. Rooms were very clean and bigger than expected. Staff were the highlight - super friendly and accommodating.

Location Full service attentive front desk I was unaware that the air conditioning would turn off every time the window or balcony door opened. Having this information at check in would have prevented the place from heating up so much during the afternoon. I wish there were outlets near the bed for charging phone / kindle

Great central location, clean, extremely helpful and friendly staff

The hotel only provided two small bottles of water for free on the first day. It would be nice that more could be provided during the stay like many other hotels these days. There is a nice terrace next to the breakfast room where you could see the dome. However, the terrace is only open during the breakfast time. It would be nice that the terrace be opened during the day so the guests can sit there admiring the view of the city.

Cenral location - everything is close. You can part your car infront of the hotel and garage will pick it up, so no need to worry about parking (extra fee, but it's very cool).

So close to the Duomo. Rooms are clean and neat Staff is so accommodating and caring Breakfast is wonderful. We’ve been here many times!!! Everything is absolutely great for us.

The rooftop restaurant has a fantastic overview of the nearby churches and the hills across the river. The food is nice. The staff are very friendly.
