Everything was perfect

Location is the primary factor. All the major attractions were just a few feet away and was super convenient walking around. We found a couple bed bugs. And with heavy baggages, having no elevator posed a little challenge with getting our stuffs up and down.

It was very fashionable in Barocco style!! Very good to stay for one night to feel real Italian Barocco!

Room was OK. The smell of the room was unbearable. The smell in the room was awful. Smells like a public toilet. State that it was 2nd floor. In real world it was like a fifth one. More then 50 steps.

The location was great. Walking distance both from the station and sights. Facilities need to be improved

Clean, good location. Basic needs covered. Minimal continental breakfast. 55 steps to 4th floor. No elevator. Bathroom so small you have to go outside to change your mind! Very small room. Not many plugs. Loud exhaust fan. Folding bathroom door with broken handle; noisy and hard to open. It's a pension, not a hotel.

The room was a good size with comfortable beds. The hotel was in a great location close to the train station and the Duomo. The breakfast though basic (orange juice, cappuccino, croissant and a english muffin type bread roll with jams etc) was adequate and very nice. The aircon didnt work very well. There was no kettle to make hot drinks.

Location and room is big enough. The shower is extremely tight and the curtain is sometimes difficult to open. The shower water leaks out to the bathroom door from the bottom sliding fdoor. The small makeup rack fell off. The hair dryer doesn't work.

Toilet is small, but for me, it's still fine. However, the most problem of all about the toilet is, the permanent bad smell pops up whenever you enter the toilet.

I really liked the location of the hotel. The size of the room was good. A bit old fashioned, but suites the style of the hotel, building. The rooms are in the second floor, no elevator. It was stated in the reservation. For us it was ok, we did not mind it.

The folk were nice. The breakfast was excellent as an example for a Euro tourist breakfast: fresh OJ, croissant, Cappucino, a roll, some cheese, some crackers and cookies: enough for a nice breakfast and a few easy to carry snacks Potential visitors should know: (1) there are a lot of winding stairs to get up to this hotel, and no elevator in building; (2) this was perhaps the only place we encountered in three cities and many stores, museums, etc, where the Italians' command of Inglish was no better than our command of Italian (we never studied Italian in school but did spend month using Duolingo). This was a bit of a problem only because there was a billing confusion emanating from Booking.com, and it was not easy for us to work together to straighten it out. (But we did)
