I loved the accommodations, but i was given an upgraded room because they made a mistake initially, the firat room i was given had a 1/2 view of the duomo, but they put the wrong bag in my room. So then they gave me a fifferent eoom...which was on the first floor overlooking the main street. That was not satisfactory, so they moved me into the suite. Which was amazing Well that initial shuffle wasnt great, but they also gave me a discount card for an amazing reatauramt where i had lunch awaiting to check in. The lobby had a strong odor of sewage. Not sure what.that was about.

Good location and very clean. The staff when i checked in was rude and cold, nobody to help us about luggage. The breakfast is very poor for a 4 star hotel.

Great location, walking distance to the train station, the Duomo, eateries. Good size room, well-insulated windows, clean. Staff friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I would stay here again.

The location was amazing. Literally a maximum of a 10 minute walk to all the sites and restaurants. Our stay was incredible. I would definitely stay here again. Loved the fact that water was included and the hairdryer in the room was one of the finest Italian brands and worked so well which is so unlike standard hotel ones
