Unfortunately had a bad experience where someone took a skirt I had left behind.

Everything was great, and the history and building was stunning. The team was really helpful, kind and friendly. We will dedimitely be back.

This is the best place to stay in Florence. Everything was top-notch quality. Very Very helpful staff. Great apartment with a majestic view. We stayed in the apartment with the private balcony. Everything was super clean. The staff was very accomodating. The mini firdge was refilled everyday (which we appreciated very much) and was included in the price we paid. Cannot recommend this place enough. It is a hidden gem.

Very clean, great staff that helps you every step of the way! Easy check in, easy check out. Beds are excellent with great pillows.

Location was great. Nice view of the Duomo dome from our balcony. Staff and owner are especially wonderful. Super clean. Very small bathroom.

Everything it was super clean and in a great location

Great location, with a window view of the dome of the great Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore! The staff were warm, kind, and extremely helpful. They guided us through the complicated problems caused by rail strike and helped us rebook the trains.

Clean, great location, excellent ambiance, staff wonderful, has elevator, security. This specific room had no place to open open luggage.

The location, snacks, and cleaning Too small and the bathroom is not the same level as the room, you can fall down easily

Shower small. Could hear people in next unit. Steps in building were a lot. Accidentally missed last step going down and sprained my ankle. Hallway was dark - lights didn’t come on automatically

Outstanding view of the Duomo from the terrace of this very clean, spacious, and comfortable apartment. Donatella and Carolina are the perfect hosts. Their communication was excellent, and they are both very accommodating. Great location and some very nice added touches made this an exceptional finale to our vacation.

What an absolute treat! An amazing residence with great views of the duomo. Very central location and very quiet at the same time. The residence is very well Decorated with all the comfort needed. The hosts are Amazing in terms of welcoming, communication and attention to details. A big thank you to Mervat for her kindness, hospitality and very positive attitude. Mervat was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and gave many useful recommendations for my stay. Also thank you to Donatella for being very responsive and supportive throughout my stay. Location and staff service

Brillant location, close to major attractions with plenty of restaurants nearby. On arrival, the door buzzer was not obvious to us as the brass panel was well worn.

Great location and incredible staff. Good value for the price Small room and very small bathroom, it was ok for one person but it would have been hard for a couple. No dresser to store clothes, for a whole week stay it could have been bigger or slightly more comfortable but overall was fine and good value for the price

This was the best stocked room we stayed in, where every need was thought of from the body washes to the snacks and drinks in the mini fridge. The location was very central—6 minutes from the Uffizi, but without any noise. The heat and AC actually worked and the room was very spacious. It was the staff though that went out of their way to be accommodating and kind.
