Location & Service was spectacular. Out of the hotels we stayed in Italy, this was the only hotel that took time to give a receipt. Even I have requested it ahead of time at this booking app. Also, there is a room appreciation tax and f&b appreciation tax that will be divided amongst the staff. Though you have the freewill to have it taken out, it is kinda shameful to have it deducted when it was already printed on the invoice. :) It makes customers have a harder time to say no, rather than we freely give the tips ourselves.

The hotel is great! The room and bathroom both are spacious , with a lot of room to store clothes. Also the concierge and the front desk are AMAZING. They booked us tickets for museums! And helped us with directions. The location is in the center, so you don’t need a car ( and if you do, the hotel orders one for you ). Really liked the hotel, we’ll be back!

Location Upon check out I was surprised that I am being charged 500 euros extra for breakfast of the previous guest and 100 euros for two cups of coffee and a daily tip of 65 euros of my stay. This is super weird and shady of a hotel in this price range. Be carcere upon checking out and check what are you being charged for

Amazing little hotel with very polite and helpful staff. Their yoga studio is amazing! Everything, from breakfast, room service and especially the staff very polite snd helpful.
