It was well equipped with everything, especially kitchen facilities for 2-3 days stay.

Full kitchen- lots of space- good location and attentive staff. The shower had no hook for the hand shower leaving you with a rain shower or a horizontal spray which made a wet mess of the floor due to no door/curtain. I’d love to see hooks for towels and shelves for toiletries- maybe a shower shelf- not horrible but could be upgraded with little effort/cost.

The booking.com says; check-in @14:30. It was 15:00

The room was comfortable and nicely furnished! It was nice to be able to make coffee in the morning before walking to the corner cafe for the included breakfast which was fabulous. Nothing

We stayed in room 3. The terrace alone makes this worth the stay. The location is perfect, everything you want is close by without being in the middle of all the noise. And it's spacious, the bathroom is on the opposite side of the apartment with a living room in between. The AC is strong and works great. David is literally around the corner. Don't pass this place up. If I had to find something to camp about I guess I wish there was one more pillow for the bed.

Large kitchen, comfortable bed, elevator, free coffee, good location. Very close to Pam grocery store and restaurants. Refrigerator never got cold. Bums sleeping in front of an empty store very close to the building.

Excellent location of the hotel. The room is equipped with everything you need - a large, nice bed, a cozy kitchen where you can cook yourself, daily room cleaning. The process is slightly complicated by the fact that you need to contact the owner by phone to get instructions. But we already had Italian sims, so everything went great! Thanks!

It’s absolutely fantastic! Very well equipped, spacious, modern. Good location close to everything. We had an issue that the front door lock was not working, and the host did nothing to help us. Luckily, after we waited for a bit someone came out from inside the building. The lock was fixed later that day.

Beautiful room Great location Easy to get to We had to wait to check in as the room wasn’t ready yet we mis understood the message we received saying come back after 2 .. arrived at 2 the lady said not till 230 we sat in the little lobby area and didn’t get into the room till just on 3pm. We had a massive day travelling and really just wanted to lay down so that caused us some frustration but other than that it was great.

It's like staying at home. Cozzy and comfortable. It would be better to add a shelve in bathroom. There's limited place to put clothes and shower gel and etc.

The location was pretty good and the bed was comfortable. The superior studio was NOT a superior studio. It was on the 4th floor with a very unreliable lift. There was nobody to greet us and we had to message a couple of times in order to access the building and then the property. The room was large but very basic. The sliding door to the bathroom was in a dangerous state as the runner was coming away from the wall. When we notified the owner before we unpacked as I wanted to change rooms, they assured us it was safe and that someone would be there tomorrow to fix it. They did NOT turn up. It did not close completely and we had to be careful not to make it worse with every use. There were some stairs leading up to a mezzanine but there was nothing up there apart from some hangers for clothes. This was the only place to hang clothes (we did use the hangers and hang them off the stair rail as it was the only way. There was no iron and when we requested one it was damaged and unusable. There was a shelf next to the kitchen the that had also come away from the wall. The left hand door of the shower was also damaged and took some closing. The runner at the bottom did not slide along the groove and was difficult to close. The hot water took forever to run through the taps and shower. To have a shower you had to wait at least 5 mins for the water to be warm and then piping hot. I spoke with the owner who argued with me that the sliding door had been made and claimed to be safe by their handyman. All I got was excuses and given no other option than to stay at the property. This is by far the worst experience I have had with Booking.com and I would advise anyone booking a stay here to check if you are being given this room, Studio No1. If so decline it and request another or stay somewhere else for your own safety and peace of mind. The road outside is currently undergoing major roadworks so do not expect to get much sleep as they work through the night also.. Unfortunately this platform does not allow you to upload videos..
