Wonderful B&B: we loved our room (cute interior & comfy), the breakfast (regional specialties, fresh food), the sweet and attentive family that runs it (felt very homey & cozy), the location (outside the center, it's a 30-40min stroll, good bus connection) All great! Location is further away but we purposly picked this, we enjoyed the daily strolls.

Everything was perfect and the staff took great care of us!

Nice, clean, quiet room. Safe location, good breakfast, close to the main attractions either by bus or on foot (about 25 minute walk). Nice restaurants are 10 minutes away on foot. The owner is on premises, easy to communicate to. Nothing in particular. The room and the shower stall are a bit tight by American standards but pretty typical by European ones. Besides, you are not going to spend a lot of time in the room anyway.

Easy check in, friendly host, and a clean and comfortable room! We had such a nice stay. The street was very quiet at night but there were nice birds during the day, and it was so close to delicious cafes and bars. Strong recommend!

Very nice, clean house, with a very hospitable owner and his family, who made sure we felt at home and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Spacious room with a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and a very good, tasty breakfast.

Nothing!

Wonderful location, up on a hill and easily walkable into the city center - it was super quiet at night, which I appreciated, and the neighborhood is lovely. My room was very comfortable, it was nice to be able to open the windows at night and let the cool air in. Quick walk to Boboli Gardens, the Oltrarno square, and easy to get to the train station on public transit or by foot. The host and his family were so kind - breakfast was lovely: Italian pastry, coffee and fresh fruit (perfect!). It was exactly what I wanted for a couple days in Florence!

Excellent location if you are driving there is decent street parking that is affordable. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Very quintessential Florentine accomodation

It is a wonderful authentic villa located in a quiet neighborhood, which is ideal place if you travel by car. The hosts are very welcoming and providing all support you might need. Those who adore staying in unique places will definitely like the hotel! The public parking is available nearby.

A hideaway on the outskirts of the center of Florence; comfortable rooms, very helpful and accommodating host; parking was easy; walking distance from the heart of the city (30 minutes)

The owners are friendly and kind. Although the location is slightly far from the city center, the bus station is down the hill. The breakfast is good. If you prefer a quiet stay, you would like here.

Interior and localization. Good breakfast. Problems with parking.

The photos of the accommodations were very outdated. Furnishings need to be updated and all in working order. Dining room and patio area are not similar to photos

The bed was hard, only thing I had a problem with. I have back issues, so it made my back hurt.

Comfortable and quiet

Location in a quiet neighborhood with a 20 minute pleasant walk to Florence center, we were upgraded to a room with French doors opening to the garden, lots of charm and very clean…the host Augustino pays attention to detail and everything was well looked after. Breakfast was good and the servers were caring and attentive. Comfortable bed and quiet for a good nights sleep. Nothing, all was great!

Superb

The room was spacious and we could easily park outside for a fee (parking meter). Parking is free after 8pm and on Sundays. The host was helpful with organising taxis. It was a 35 minute walk to get to the river and across into the city. Walking isn't a problem but it was very hot and felt like a lot before starting to explore the city. You can get a bus most of the way. I don't think you'd get anywhere with parking much closer to the city. The hotel is on a hill which was no problem for us but maybe for others.
