The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The service has been excellent, and the communication has been on point throughout our stay. The staff are incredibly accommodating, especially the reception and concierge teams, who have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. They've made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was exceptional. The Cosimo Rooftop Restaurant staff were amazing and the dinner was absolutely top notch. The selection at breakfast at the Sala Caminetto was somewhat limited. A wider selection for breakfast would have pushed our stay over the top and is a relatively easy fix for the Hotel.
