The only negative is you need to put a handrail going up the steps to the first floor room where the kitchen is.

Great location, super close to the train station and luggage lockers if you need secure storage. Staff is very communicative and warm. AC is strong. Room is comfortable and quiet. Good wifi. Breakfast is included, but I didn't have a chance to try it. The shower stall was very tight. As a very petite woman, I barely fit.

Great room and good location. Staff was not that accommodating

Christina was very welcoming and accommodating! The rooms were comfortable and clean as well.

Location and breakfast Complementary water Amenities Room is kinda small and hard to lock the back door.

Fantastic location. Close to train station and easy walk to everything. Huge room cleaned daily. Very helpful staff Getting up the stairs after a long day of walking could be a problem for some

I enjoyed how close the hotel was to the city center and the train station. The bed and pillow were pretty hard, but other than that the room was comfortable.

Good location near the train station. Noisy at night.

Excellent location, amazing staff, spacious room and service

Everything was perfect! 10/10

I chose the hotel for proximity to the station. Perfect in that regard. In addition, it was spotless and quiet. The staff was v cordial. I would stay there again in a flash. The water pressure in the shower was low and the water itself was tepid at best. That said, towels were ample and thick.

Everything

I only spent one day in Florence and for business purposes. However, everything went very well. The hotel is conveniently located almost in front of S. M. Novella, 5 minutes away from the train station and 5-15 minutes away from the main attractions (Palazzo Vecchio, Santa Maria del Fiore). The staff was very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was good. My stay was too short (only one day), and I have nothing to say about what I didn't like. Everything was ok, and I enjoyed it.

Unfortunately my room was nearest to the front door, pavement and road. The area is noisy until the early hours and I was unable to sleep being a light sleeper. The hotel was full so I was unable to move, but I'm sure if I had a room away from the road the hotel would have been perfect for my needs.

Location and close to restaurants, historical sites, but not my first time in Florence. Host (front desk) was friendly and communicative as my arrival time was delayed a little The check out cleaning crew (a woman knocked on my door at 10:22am as I opened the door, she stated "Leave Now!"). Not sure if this were her only English spoken words but she needs to learn some new ones if she chooses English. Even with an average place, I expected better...

The location was fantastic and it was good for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, so getting bags up to the room was a bit of a challenge. The beds and pillows were hard by U.S. standards and the lighting was dim. Breakfast was just okay.

Everything was great. Location, room etc..

The location was great —it was centrally located and very near from the train station. Breakfast was decent. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Cristina was very responsive for any questions we had during the stay. The bathroom was clean; however, there was a pungent smell coming from either the toilet or the bidet. It was very strong, and management should address this issue. There was also no initial instructions as to where the breakfast will be as we did not check-in when the front desk was present. The parking instructions were very unclear and unreliable.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed
