The design of the room is fantastic,however, after booking weeks in advance and requesting a king room on a high floor far away from the elevator; we were given a handicap room on the first floor. The bed was comfortable but squeaked terribly with every move or turn. The attendant at the desk stated that she did not see my request for room preferences in my reservation. I included it when i reserved the room and emailed them a few days before arrival. The property was clean . Did not visit the pool, it was closed when we arrived. The hotel has potential for being a pleasant place to stay., but I would recommend calling hotel directly if you have preferences instead of booking online.

The beds were comfortable…the outdoor area was nice. Room was clean and super comfortable and the. Name on the TV was a nice touch. Also workout facility was top notch First off there was no breakfast which there could have been because of the space. The coffee in the lobby at check in was cold and the lid didn’t fit. Simple attention to detail. Was there a guest happy hour at the lounge?

I like the staff and the location the hotel was in My room wasn't clean, the shower had hair on the walls of the shower and the floor of the shower. There was also old food in the refrigerator that smelled really bad

Location Cleanliness was at an all time low. Rooms were very disappointing.

Staff was friendly. Helpful. And got us in quickly. What I didn’t like was the smell of marijuana and loud music emanating from the floor we were on. My children didn’t have to smell it or deal with the loud noise.

Cleanliness is not quite thoroughly done. Saw hair around the bathroom, shower and water supply are weak, smells damp, noticed a stain on bedsheet, no brand new toilet paper (it means they didn’t clean the toilet area since it was not replaced). Otherwise, convenient location and friendly staff.

The food selection we saw terrible if you like to drink the bar/restaurant was fine but it advertised dinner menu and it definitely not a dinner menu . The place that was supposed to be for breakfast or fast food was so small you couldn’t fit three people in it definitely did not match the picture or selection, but there are many great restaurants that deliver to your room !

The ac did a loud ticking all night and the roof in the bathroom was knocking all night as well.

the location was good we didn’t get our room until 1202am !!! they were short staffed and didn’t have rooms cleaned the poor front desk staff had to do it we weren’t even the only ones waiting for a room it was ridiculous never seen anything like it

The hotel bathroom was not clean and the refrigerator was not working. was charged a parking fee after I told i wouldn't be charged it would come off my bill.
