Tv didn’t work, there was an option to use YouTube or Netflix but that wasn’t available. There was also only 4 channels that worked. There’s free coffee, but the machine didn’t work. The towels in the room had hair stuck in them, so we had to get new ones and check those. One of the chairs was filled with white/greyish spots. The front desk person (forgot their name) was very sweet though

There’s a lack of amenities for the price which can be overlooked because the location is great. The sound outside is a bit random, seems like big groups hang out on the sides of the hotel. Also the downstairs is kinda run down, two doors were broken.

Very clean ,wonderful air conditioning, close to shopping. I would definitely stay again if I’m ever coming through.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was professional, it was pet friendly. There was a lot of construction going on outside of the parking lot, but overall, it was a nice experience.

Great location for the two events we attended. Room was very nice and had the best shower. Only wished hotel offered a breakfast.

I would like to highlight two staff members that were exceptional in every way. Akalya Jackson checked me in and out and was very pleasant, courteous and respectful. Another staff member was Meme. Meme was the most helpful hotel staff member I have dealt with ever. I had forgotten some papers that I had printed at home but failed to pack them. Meme gave me a local site email, and I was able to forward the documents from my phone and send them to the email. She was able to print the documents for me, and she even made a second copy for some other guests I met while checking in, who were there for the same event, and they were able to be better prepared for the event. Top notch customer service. That is very rare these days and they both get a 10 (top ranking) for going above and beyond!!!!!!! Also, the full-sized refrigerator was awesome during the stay. N/A
