My experience here was nothing more than amazing I had many options to choose from in area but this was my top pick from staff down was awesome I love the Jacuzzi room

I liked the location. Close to lots of stores and restaurants but tucked away so we didn’t feel like we were right in the middle of lots of traffic and such I called the hotel prior to my stay to request a room on the front of the building. The employee I spoke to seemed annoyed with having to manage my call. Thank goodness the employee that I check in with was very pleasant.

The noise this stay was very bad!!! Got woke up by a loud crying baby both nights of our stay. Second night woke to a woman on a rampage with her? spouse or someone in the room with her she was very loud and long winded! Not fault of hotel though.

The location was wonderful My debit card was charged multiple times and the staff that checked me in (TValer) was very rude about it and told me she didn’t know what was going on and kept throwing her hands up like she didn’t want to be bothered! I only got things resolved when (Msolis) came on the next day. TValer also put me in a room that smelled horrible but allowed us to switch rooms.

The room was nice and clean. The facility was clean and the breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The fitness center was thin and the pool smallish, but nice to relax in. I definitely would stay here again.

Staff was amazing, rooms were clean, beds were so comfy! I wouldn’t say there was anything I just didn’t like but if I had to give input, I would say some interior updating would make it even better!

Room extremely clean. Front desk check in went great. Jimmy at night clerk is friendly and helpful. I had no complaints with my room. Everything is extremely well maintained.

Everything was very clean, the staff was exceptional and very helpful, and it was great to be able to enjoy a full breakfast.
