Always a pleasure staying at this Location… enjoyed the breakfast, rooms are clean, customer service is always A1, perfect location, didn’t get to enjoy pool but I’m sure I will next time!

The room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was divine. The staff were warm and helpful. I would and will absolutely stay in this hotel again.

It was in a good location for the purposes of my trip. The only small knock was they only provide daily room service to guests who ask. Daily room service is not the default. Had I known that, no problem. All in all, I would stay there again.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was decent with several options. Not enough luggage carts.

We rented two rooms. The TV didnt work in one. We called the front desk and they told us to unplug it and then plug it back in. They then had an IT person call and he could not figure it out. After about 4 hours of trying to get the TV fixed we gave up. In the morning I brought it up that the TV was never fixed and I was told we should have let them know the night before and they would have switched our room. We did let them know. I have stayed here a few times and like it. The TV situation was poorly handled.

The property location is great, facilities nice clean and up to date! The indoor pool is a plus. My only issue was with the tv, we had issues with our television but with some time and a lil frustration we were able to watch it! All in all no complaints & I will stay again. The price I was quoted on Booking and from the property themselves was not what I was charged (even with the security deposit) but the front desk agent on duty was able to get it resolved.

Ebony at the front desk was awesome. The room was clean. I will say the bed is very uncomfortable and the breakfast was not so great. Overall it was a great stay!

Room was nice. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. No coffee and most food options were empty. It did not appear it was staffed properly to keep food and coffee filled for all the guests.
