Hyatt Place Flushing/LaGuardia Airport

The room was not clean. The shower was dirty, the sink was clogged, and there were blood stains on the bed sheets. There were no slippers or bathrobes in the room. I called the front desk, but they told me they were out of stock. This property does not meet the standards I expect from a Hyatt hotel. I was very disappointed with my stay.

We paid a lot for the room because we were staying the weekend of Gov Ball, so definitely feel gouged for the quality presented, room was dated and the rug was stained not worth the money. The front desk staff were lovely and super helpful. Your staff is 100% this hotel’s saving grace.

Went to the roof top terrace for an evening drink and enjoy the view and sunset but a $45 per person minimum turned us away…paying a premium room rate should get you some time in bar

Excellent hotel near LGA airport. Free shuttle between hotel and airport. The leaf roof top bar and restaurant was a great spot to enjoy a late night dinner after driving back from Western New York. Hotel is in the heart of Chinatown in Flushings. Great service and nice to have a noon check out time.

You could walk to NYMets stadium if you wanted. Finding the parking garage was near impossible. In a very busy area!

I think the hotel should provide shower cap, body lotion

Very close to many restaurants so you have a nice variety of food. Plus the mall across the street is really nice too If I had one issue, I do wish the rooms at least had a microwave. We had leftovers sometimes we couldn’t take because we had no way to heat them up. But other than that everything was wonderful.

Was not as close to park as listed. Shower was meh. Didn't really get what we paid for.

Expensive but nice centrally located

Excellent location with friendly and helpful staff. A little worn around the edges, but probably the best you'll find for reasonable prices in Flushing.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was clean and nice and in such a great location. I spent 4.5 hours just looking around all the street food. I am very pleased. I didn’t get to try the breakfast but loved being able to use the shuttle in the morning. All in all very pleased and would love to stay here in the future.
