Poor customer servoce

There were restaurants with incredible food open until between 1-5am which was awesome coming back late from a concert. We Ubered to Louis Armstrong Stadium but you could easily walk there in 20-25 minutes. The area felt safe even very late at night. And the mall next door is phenomenal.

Helpful staff

I considered good family oriented staying. The breakfast was good..continental style with very limited options. The room that I got didn't have cabinet dress and safe box.

Bring a lot of water. They will tell to give them a $100 more for room deposit so keep that in mind. The beds are stiff as wood. The pillow aren’t much better. Overall you’re getting the price you paid. I honestly won’t be back. I recommend saving up more money for another hotel. Thanks for reading! Byeee

Clean room, friendly staff, and fantastic location in Flushing, NY

Location was great, within distance walking to food and drink, and subway station. Parking is on next building, safe. Door lock was broken when we entered the room. So We asked to be moved to different room. Breakfast was average but it didn’t bother us since we planned to eat out anyway.

Great hotel, great location, lots of good eats and treats nearby. Beds aren't too comfortable but the price for the location makes up for it!

We had an amazing stay. The staff was so kind and accommodating. I called a few days ahead of my stay with a lot of questions and they kindly took the time to answer all of them for me. I think this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in terms of customer service and cleanliness. I love the smell of whatever cleaning product they use. The hotel smells so clean and IS clean. The check in process was great. The check out process was easy. Amazing hospitality, great area (check out the food court next door!!!), and nice basic rooms. It even managed to stay cool and comfortable during the heatwave. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back in a few months for sure. My only complaint is that the rooms have very limited outlets to plug in electronics, but we made do. :)

Nice place, Clean and good area

I loved the extra large fluffy white towels! They appeared new. Also enjoyed breakfast that included hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, & congee. I would’ve extended my stay but due to World Cup , the hotel had been booked.
