Ly New York Hotel

It was nice small but nice not much parking space outside the hotel was cute!!

5 🌟 only thing the parking is tight bc its connected to a laundromat parking lot. Other than that the hotel is 5 star🌟!

The hotet is clean, rooms nice, restaurants, stores and bank all walking distance. Plenty of buses in the area. But the doesn't have any dressers or storage for close, the bathroom is very tiny, the shower is a one person shower.

Room wasn't thoroughly checked and cleaned before I checked in. There was garbage left behind the curtain and a window was left open.

It was a very nice room and it was quiet.

Bathroom smelled like urine but overall okay for what is worth.

Room was clean enough, though there are definitely spots they could have taken care of. The location was close to LGA, so it was very convenient for me. The ramen bar at the base of the hotel had great food. Staff were very kind and considerate. Would come here again if I had to stay by LGA again.

From what I remember, the front desk staff should be more professional and patient. Instead of just being told something and acting like it wasn't explained at all, like updating the room card and deliberately swiping at the front desk, but still couldn't swipe at the door. Although these are minor matters, details determine success or failure.
