The wallpaper was coming apart. It was okay to spend the night but did not feel comfortable.

Before arrival, I called the front desk twice to notify them my flight was delayed and I would be checking in late. The woman who answered was rude and unprofessional, speaking to someone else while I was trying to explain my situation. When I arrived, the lobby already felt uncomfortable. After check-in, the room conditions were shocking. The headboard was filthy, wallpaper was peeling, cords were taped to the walls, and the carpet was extremely dirty. I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot at any time and kept shoes on even in the shower. Every night, the occupants of Room 303 screamed and argued loudly. On the third night, it escalated when I heard a woman banging on the door yelling, “If you don’t open this door, I’m calling the cops because you’ve been shooting up heroin for the past two hours.” It made the environment feel unsafe and chaotic. I reported this to the front desk, but was met with indifference. I was told, “We can’t just kick them out. I think they’ll be checking out today.” Between rude staff, filthy conditions, constant noise, and disturbing incidents, this hotel was extremely disappointing. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

Whole hotel needs refurbished

The TV was a chief issue. I was with my four-year-old son and could not make heads or tails of the TV. It was almost dysfunctional in terms of the process to turn it on and to affect the volume.
