Valet parking in on-site garage was run by a different company ($35 per 24 hours) but was personable and convenient. We did not use the onsite amenities other than lobby coffee, but the location, though a bit industrial/urban, felt safe and is in walking distance of several good places to eat and was convenient to our route to travel to Aqueduct closing day. Very pleased with our stay.

What made the experience even worse was the hotel’s customer service. I contacted them immediately after discovering the bites, provided details about the issue, and expected at least a response or some form of assistance. Unfortunately, I received no reply and no solution whatsoever. A hotel should provide a clean, safe environment for its guests and take complaints seriously. The complete lack of communication and accountability was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here.
