When I checked in, the gentleman who was working the desk should not be doing that as a job. I get that people have bad days, and maybe this was a VERY off day, but after a long day and a long flight, the front desk the actual front-line first impression of the hotel was shocking. Maybe my standards are too high; I am hoping to be greeted and acknowledged.... This person did not say hello, thank you, you're welcome, or anything; absolutely nothing was said except ID, CC, and sign here. I'm laid back and RARELY write a bad review because, from personal experience, it can hurt business... however, I would think the management would like to know

The hotel was great the staff in Flushing came across rude but helpful so the feelings were mixed.

Crystal at the front desk was amazing! Breakfast was so good! We loved the room and all the amenities. And breakfast was excellent!!

Solo estuvimos 1 noche. La cama fue muy comoda y el personal muy atento. Llegamos a las 7:00 am y nos dieron la habitacion pagando $60.00 extra.
