Removed one star because the room is made up only once per two days by its policy. Only new towels and trash bags are provided when I asked at the lobby. The room smelled a bit also.

Very friendly staff. Always hard at work cleaning and helpful with questions. Parking deck was full but there’s ample street parking in front or around the corner. We loved the neighborhood and proximity to the LIRR station. Would definitely stay again!

The parking was what brought it down from 5 to 4. When we checked in and asked on Friday at about 3 pm. They said it was full and gave me 3 alternatives. One being street parking. I absolutely don’t believe they were full. It was supposed to rain so Saturday night chose to pull in hotel (paid) parking and see how it went down. Parking! But the rest of stay was great. The rooms were suites. However, although full kitchen appliances- full refrigerator, full size stove and microwave there was not one plate, glassware or silverware if you were to use it. We weren’t there for that but thought it ironic. Otherwise, the people were lovely and room spacious. I’ll come again and pull into parking no matter what they tell me!

Unfortunately, my stay was not the best. The room was okay, but there were several things that could have been better, especially when it came to cleanliness and overall comfort. The service was also not as welcoming or helpful as I expected. For the price, I feel the experience should have been much better. Overall, I would give this hotel 2 out of 5 stars and would probably consider other options for my next stay.

Other than that the location is good a short distance from restaurant and coffee shop and public transportation. I will use this hotel again for sure.

they had a shuttle from the airport, and they allowed me to get a ride to the mets game on the shuttle but I had to train it back but it is super easy. it was the last stop on the train line (sorry I forget the name) and the stadium was the 2nd to last stop. You are literally 7ish minutes' walk from main street and Roosevelt which is the busiest intersection in the boroughs, and it is cool. There is so much food shops on main and in that whole area, even a mcdonalds if you pay attention. It is China town for sure, you will see very little else. But it is WAY cheaper eats than Manhattan and way better. It is another world in this area, I never once felt unsafe, even at 1130pm after the ball game walking back from the train. The Chinese and other Asian folks are just great people. Just remember though, they do not talk to you much, but when they do, you better be paying attention, it is going to come at you so fast it makes your brain click off and back on. hahaha

House keeping every other day. Loud fan and billed water. Overall it's okay, but won't be my first option.

This is a great place to stay if you want to stay in Queens near Citi Field. The staff is very helpful and the room was great. They upgraded us to a suite. We enjoyed the breakfast one morning; I just ordered from the menu instead of the buffet and the food was delicious. The shuttle to/from LaGuardia airport is a big bonus. There is not much to do near the hotel, but the subway station is less than a 10 minute walk.

The staff was outstanding from the time we were picked up from Laguardia Airport, thru check-in, the room, and the outstanding breakfast that was included in our stay. Could not have gotten better Customer Service.

A good hotel. The breakfast was good, it was a nice, clean, comfortable room.

It was a good location walkinh distance to transport and shops. Loadd of local eating and shopping options and it had a good breakfast. We booked our accommodation based on facilities due to having a special needs child with food adversities that make it easier for us to cook rather than to go out to eat, having a full kitchen is a must. When I went to see what kitchen gadgets there were to plan and shop for our dinner after arrival I noted there was literally nothing in any draws or cupboards. I went to reception to ask about kitchen appliances to be told the kitchens had (since I booked) been decommissioned and there was zero prior notice of this. I was told (with attitude) all they could offer was paper plates and photos had been updated on their website to not show the kitchen now.. On top of this, the air-conditioning only worked in 1 room making for an extremely uncomfortable night. When this was brought up, it was addressed in a timely manner and we had a much more comfortable 2nd night, however not being aware of the kitchen situation was extremely frustrating for a family that requires it as I would have sourced alternative accommodation had I known.

I stayed in a suite with kitchen. It would be nice if some basic utensils were provided.

Good location, convenient to take the subway and enjoy Chinese cuisine The equipment is too old, the sound insulation of the windows is not good, and it is so noisy that I can‘t sleep at night.
