TERRIBLE. The pool was under remodeling and not accessible, the outdoor terrace was not available either, there are only two elevators and one was only working, the lines for the elevator. No point of having amenities if you cannot use them. Considering that the amenities were not accessible they should’ve at the very least offered a breakfast voucher. Do not stay here

The room was gross, the comforter had some crud on it, there were no wash cloths, the furniture looked so worn, the hallway carpet was gross, and it was just disgusting.

Staff was great. Surprised when we got there that the breakfast was not included.

The only issue I had was that one of the elevators was out of service. It took about 10 minutes—without exaggeration—to finally get into the one that was working. If you’re traveling with someone who can’t take the stairs, as I was, it becomes a significant inconvenience. Other than that, I had a great stay. For a basic hotel, it’s definitely a solid choice.

So close to La Guardia. 4 blocks from Subway for our last NYC day before flying out. In the middle of China town and so many unique dining options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and quiet. One elevator was out of service but no significant wait times. Limited purchasers for snacks. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very close to Laguardia Airport with free airport shuttle. Very nice and helpful staff. Room was modern, clean and comfortable for my 1 night stay. Chicken n waffles at 3rd floor restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. Only concern was really dirty carpets in hallway (first impression when exiting the elevator) and room.

This hotel is nice, the staff are warm and accommodating, the restaurant was good. We only had breakfast so I can't comment on lunch or dinner. The room was nice and clean. The only thing I think needs to be changed are the rugs in the room. That type of rug gets dingy quickly. The view was great. Instead of rushing to stay in Manhattan you should stay at this hotel. You have free airport shuttle and transportation isn't far. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was modern, comfortable, and conveniently located. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Facility is spotlessly clean! Staff is friendly and professional. The room was AWESOME! Great views of the New York skyline. Bed was comfortable..walk in shower was very nice with liquid soap pumps. There is a Library in the building! So cool. Drinks and snacks are available at the check in counter. Traffic in surrounding area is really bad. Valet parking is nice but the $35 parking fee is not. Elevators are very slow.

Beyond giving a great review for cleanliness, location, quick airport pick-up via the courtesy shuttle and easy check, the staff deserve recognition for their outstanding service! They truly made this stay fantastic!

Great find in Flushing! Cool neighborhood. Short walk to train.

Disappointing

Everything was great. Only issue was one room the AC was not working.

The best hotel and staff. I would stay here again
