Area was close to citi field which was out purpose for our visit. Hotel was clean, staff was great.

The woman at the front desk was beyond rude and unprofessional. I booked a room with a view and after taking 20+ minutes to check me in I got a room with no view. When I went back down to ask about the view she said “I know I couldn’t find one that’s what took so long.” She had no intention of telling me this initially, and then her coworker, who was very helpful, found me a new room with a view in seconds. I had an upset baby after a long car ride and it was clear that annoyed her. Not family friendly. Upon checkout we went to get our car and the same woman told us it would be 15 minutes because we didn’t call ahead… she didn’t tell us this at check in and valet said it would take 5-7 minutes after requesting at the desk. We also didn’t receive a ticket to validate our car. This conversation took place after we waited to be addressed for 10 minutes while she gossiped with her co workers. After 30 minutes of listening to this employee speak negatively about her coworkers, and seeing several people get their cars in seconds, we asked again about our car. She told us large cars are parked in the back (we have a CRV - not exactly large) so it takes longer and she’d ask the valet when he returned. We went outside and asked the valet ourselves and he said he was never asked to get our vehicle and was shocked we didn’t have a ticket for our car. He then retrieved the car in minutes. All in all the property is nice but this employee really ruined the experience for my family.

The bed was so comfortable to sleep in. The king bed with the manhattan view was very relaxing. The hotels location was great since it was near many stores, malls, eateries, the buses, and train.

I had to stay here not by choice, I was out of options. The front looks like a back alley secret entrance and lighting was extremely poor. The room was awful. It was dark, too compact and had dirty floorboards, floor etc. the bathroom was the same way. I’m not even sure the bedding was clean and sanitized. I do not recommend.

Definitivamente disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía. La propiedad estaba impecablemente limpia, el personal fue muy amable y atento, y nuestra habitación estaba muy limpia y olía delicioso.
