Hotel was nice. Convenient. Staff not welcoming or interested in our family’s checkin

This is as basic as you get hotel on a great location and price. Great fit for family and business travelers. If you are looking for something with a mood or vibe - don't. This place is clean and affordable. Horrible for couples hahaha. It's very 90s and the beige on beige color scheme is as bland as bland gets. But hey you get what you pay for.

On the first day, soap and shampoo in the room was not refilled after the previous guest and was empty so when we went down to reception to ask, the receptionist didn’t even acknowledge the issue, just handed over a few tiny soap bars and dismissed us by going back on his computer. He ignored me when I asked about the shampoo. On the last day our bathroom door got jammed and one of the guest was locked inside, we called reception, the line is always busy. So when we went down to tell them that someone is locked inside the bathroom (after 10mins) the reception person just gave us a coin and told us to try using it to open the door ourselves, as if it’s a common recurring issue that they already know about. No one offered to come and help and we just had to sort it out ourselves. Service was underwhelming and we paid extra for a rollaway bed that was so uncomfortable that it couldn’t be used.

The hotel provides breakfast, which is amazing cause some places in NY don't open early, plus you have to drive and look for parking. This really helped us with our stay. There is a parking lot across the street for $26 a night but if you willing, you can find street parking. We were lucky to find some. I think it'll be amazing if they do some type of parking vouchers.

THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, COULD NOT SLEEP WITH OVERNIGHT CONSTRUCTION AND THEY WOULD NOT CHANGE MY ROOM. BREAKFAST IS GARBAGE AS WELL, NO FRUITS, PASTRIES WERE NOT FRESH...NEVER AGAIN.

Convenient for an overnight stay flying via New York, and short taxi ride to La Guardia (hotel staff booked taxi for us). Bed was incredibly comfortable & room clean & well equipped. Checked out very early so can’t comment on breakfast quality

The room was clean but the fridge was broken. I asked twice to fix it and it never got fixed. Don’t recommend

Front desk spoke little English. No parking at hotel. Room door was jammed and difficult to open. Wasn’t the best stay.

Everything was very clean and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

Short distance to restaurants, food courts, and malls. Water pressure for the shower is lacking.

The location is good The facility is much older than the photos show. The breakfast is very basic and not worth it value. The staff is not helpful at all.

Minutes from the 7 train

Stayed as a solo traveler and felt very comfortable. Only complaint was that sometimes the shower water took a bit to warm up. Other than that, had a really pleasant stay!
