Nice! Enjoyable Breakfast!

Personnel peu sympathique. Manque de serviettes et pas d'accès à de l'eau pour boire. Bien situé. Stationnement disponible à deux minutes de marche.

Front desk staff nice except lady manager Emma or Emily. She was very rude, not professional,and condescending in enforcing breakfast rules. I only ate a bagel with cream cheese but my brother who flew here for a medical procedure was not allowed to eat anything but only congee diet. So my brother who ate nothing from the breakfast room took some congee to bring upstairs to the room. Emma in a loud and condescending way told my brother he had to pay $20. I was upset because of her attitude and threw food into the garbage and told her to charge our card. Recommend hotel informing the customers in Expedia / Wyndham ads and at the outset that this is a different breakfast rule unlike most decent American hotels. Later informed after this event that there were tiny letters written in posters on breakfast room - who would go to breakfast and pay attention to these rules. Cheap third world country hotel not for westerners. Comments from a NY physician family. 8/19/26

Check in was quick, Room was clean, bathroom was clean and very updated, Breakfast was awesome! Staff was professional and courteous. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly.

Bad

Didn’t get a good feeling about the place as soon as we checked in. Seemed to be in a sketchy part of town. Checked out within 15 mins of arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada. The hotel was considerably quiet, comfortable, and clean. The room size was larger than expected, with plenty of surfaces to spread out on. The shower was great, but the tub is quite tall, so be careful to not bang your knees getting in. Hotel was clean throughout and appears to be recently renovated. Great breakfast and staff was helpful and polite. I would definitely book here again next time I'm in Flushing.

Exceptional

The staff was nice but we didn’t interact much. It’s in the heart of Chinatown so there is a lot of authentic Chinese food around and close to subway station so that is a positive. The smell is not great while walking. The breakfast at the hotel is good but once again, Asian style items as well, if you like that. We enjoyed it.

There was NO parking and had not seen that when I booked. I found it later sort of in fine print. That was a frightening experience for first time visitors to NY. They were late to their concert and then after the concert had to hunt for an overnight garage. When they walked back from the garage to the hotel they were verbally accosted by a garbage man.
