The Westin Flushing Laguardia Airport

Inside looks great. Outside had a funky smell during my stay

We had to leave the area to find dining to our taste.

Great location, easy parking

-Poor customer service -Poor staff helpfulness -additional USD 12.95 internet fees per room per day -Swimming pool closed and it is not mentioned while booking, and this was a major criteria as I have kids. Overall very poor experience in service and hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at the Westin Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The airport shuttle was one of the key reasons I selected this hotel, and it made my trip much more convenient. The location is excellent, with shopping centers and a subway station nearby, providing easy access to New York City. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The restaurant was good The rooms were disgustingly hot. Despite notifying the front desk who advised they would send an engineer to the room, that was never done. It was so hard to sleep and get ready for the event we were in town for. There was glass and a mess on the balcony to left of our room.

Hotel and staff was great , walls must be super thin playing music in my room from the TV around 11pm on a Friday night , guy next to me starts banging on the wall not even 5 min later security comes banging on my door like the warrant squad to “ turn off the music “ in a very aggressive manor . I was only staying for one night so I left it alone and I didn’t want to get into a back and forth but another person or myself in a different state of mind that could of turned into a big deal .. idk I don’t think I’d stay there again…

Would be nice to have snack sundry area

The staff at this hotel were exceptional. AJ and Albert were especially helpful- sharing tips about the train and subway, giving directions, making recommendations to local restaurants and just making us feel welcomed. Every staff member we passed greeted us with a smile.
