Hotel Key LaGuardia Airport

Had a great stay. The room was cool and the bed was great. The TV was fine. The only nightmare with the stay was the parking. Literally watched a guy cause about $4000 worth of damage to what I believe was a 2026 rent-a-car. Get parking early you should be fine.

This looks like it was a nice hotel at some point but would benefit from maintenance. Eg- chipped flooring, showerbar about to fall off. Parking was great for us because we arrived early, cars arriving late parked on the street or sidewalk. WIFI was excellent. TV had streaming services so you can sign into your own netflix or prime etc. Less convenient was that every day we had to ask for towels and have the room door key reprogrammed because it didn’t work. Garbage wasn’t emptied all 5 nights we were there and bedding not changed, although they probably would have done it had we asked. No coffeemaker in the room and no coffee made in the lobby in the morning except on the one day we left the hotel after 9 am. Close to Chinatown with lots of food options nearby.

The room was clean but it did not have an iron nor iron board. Main staircase entrance to the hotel were not clean. Night shift housekeeping was cleaning the hallways at very late hours causing sleep deprivation due to high levels of noise.

Nothing i want my refund back too my credit card on file hotel was horrible poeple sing screaming playing load music in the hall we could'nt sleep the time we spend in that digusted hotel. Did'nt like nothing about it i will never ever stay there again i had to tell the worker's to come clean my room and too change my sheets and to clean my bathroom .like i said i want my refund back asap.

You pay for what you get.. Was a last minute decision for me so no complaints besides the smell of my place.. like a smoking smell

It was ok. Staff was pleasant. Simple room for right price. Took a bit to get hot water and had to figure out where to turn dial just right to get it. Room smelled a bit like stale cigarettes.

Air conditioning works very well

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The room was kinda small.

Room door wouldn’t shut, told the staff, they gave us a hard time. Whole 1st floor smelled like smoke and weed. 2nd floor was a tiny bit better. No light in the bathroom. Would not stay again

The lady on the counter was so nice and helpful, she told me that the rooms are available on an hourly basis, too.

Poor customer service from a Jamaican lady receptionist. Hotel had no wheelchair access, had to carry my stroller and baby up and down the stairs each time I went out.

Rooms small

Soft bed. Easy check in. Bathroom is OK but, at least in our room (306) there was no place inside the shower for soap or anything so that was a bit odd. Subway is about a half mile walk away

If you want to experience being in prison for the night, this is your place. The entire hotel smelled of the chemical used to eliminate smoke smell. And it also smelled of a smoked in hotel. At least the bedding was clean. This is the kind of place you can't wait to leave and cross your fingers that nothing permanent has happened to you after you get out.
