The hotel kindly upgraded us to their sister establishment, the ‘Secret Legend Suites’ as part of our stay, due to maintenance work at the secret view hotel - the suites are excellent. Note - I am sharing this review for the Secret Legend Suites and not the secret view hotel. - Unobstructed view of the caldera, fantastic in the evening watching the sunset from the private pool of the room. - Friendly and attentive staff. - Brilliant location in Oia - very close to the main sites and a wide choice of good restaurants. - Spacious rooms and tasty breakfast.

The property was beautiful and had a great view of the ocean. Staff was exceptional. No elevator for rooms up the hill.

Size of the room The staff, having to pay for coffee, muesli etc to be included in our breakfast. Location. No view.

Very well run, clean, sophisticated place. Staff at all levels exceptionally kind, friendly, professional. Athina at the reception was superb nothing comes to my mind.

The staff were amazing from the reception to the bar staff to the restaurant crew. Just amazing. We had an early flight arriving and a late flight leaving and the resort allowed us to stay on the premises before check in and after. Such an amazing time. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. Facilities were great. We were only a ten minutes walk from the beautiful Oia castle. Nothing to dislike about this place.

Nice clean property, relaxing and well ran and looked after . It’s in a bad location on a steep hill , so because of this u need to get a taxi that your in for literally 3 minutes and costs 20 euro up and 20 euro back, even if u share? so if u go up and down to Santorini twice in a day that’s 80 euro every single day .

The room and the room cleaning service. The view of sunset. The delicious food at dinner. The breakfast was poor, they serve only filter coffee included in the breakfast price. If you want an omelet or an expresso you have to pay extra. I drank a flat white but its not the taste of specialty coffee. We serve the dinner and ask for a bottle of wine from the menu. They did not have it. Ask for a second wine. They did not have it too. Ask for the third, they have it only on glass. We were lucky with the fourth choice :) The parking is outside the hotel. But u cannot imagine this kind of parking for a 5* hotel. I cannot describe how surprising it was, full of garbage and holes. The attitude of the manager of toe hotel was totally unpleaseant, she was arrogant and made us feel we don t have the proper status for this location, even the location has nothing special.
