Baymont by Wyndham Fort Collins

I have been using this hotel when I visit my parents and the upgrades they have done are really great! It feels way cleaner and nicer than it ever has before.

Musty smelling. The breakfast bar is poor and not accommodating. Losts of homeless in area and questionable security

Wow! Most of the hotels in this general area are dirty and not well maintained…and grossly overpriced. Not a good experiment envelope at all.

Just stayed there for a quick airport drop off, but everyone was very nice, rooms were clean and this will be our new place to stay when we have to go to Denver.

It worked for what we needed. The highlight was breakfast at the Waffle House which is walking distance from the property.

Was able to check in early which was helpful after a long drive down from Wyoming

Write a review and help other travelers plan better. The Curtains were ripped. breakfast was awful the worst. l did not even have jelly or butter, nothing to pull waffles out with (Forky thing) no fruit (bananas or apples) no yogurt and no doughnuts no cheerio's. the room bathroom had stains on countertop the ADA bathtub look like crap

Room was spotless, bed was comfy and AC was very cold, staff were incredibly friendly, and price was great. Will definitely stay here again.

I liked the lady working the front desk when I checked out I wish you would have been the one that checked me in! That when I came in it was about 11:00 p.m. the lady at the front desk didn't know how to change payment from booking card so she had to call the manager and when the manager came up she looked at me up and down flare her nostrils and gave me a dirty look as she had done in the past. I am disabled and one of my disabilities is I'm blind in my left eye I was tired I couldn't read the print of the papers I was signing I even missed a couple of the initial boxes but the lady that checked me in help me to find the boxes to mark but I had two people come to visit me at my hotel and the manager stop them before they could even get to my door and question them ask them for ID and said I was not allowed to have visitors those people one of them was my son that care takes for me and in the evening I had a friend come by and she did not let him in to visit me and she said I signed a waiver saying I would not have guessed those were my caretakers and like I said I am disabled and I don't think she did that to anyone else because she drilled them and questioned them and made them stand outside and wait I am homeless and my son lives in another town from me and that was my time to see him and my time was cut short with him because of her shenanigans I am a brown woman Hispanic and this is not the first time I've been discriminated at this hotel I was upset when my daughter made the reservation for me but I had to go in and check in I had gotten at the hotel around 9:30 and I sat in my car with anxiety and I had to check in and I did not go in until 11:00 because I remember how she treated me before.

When we pulled in the Manager started taking pictures of us, saying he works with the Larimer County Drug task force, and gives them pictures of their guest to make sure guests are, "safe".

Stole fifty dollar "held" deposit. Cancelled a two week booking knowing I had to go to the bank and didn't say anything until after five Then kept the fifty dollar security deposit on top of this. The hotel advertisement showed a pool which they do not have a view of the mountain which is a view of Denny's parking lot, and a elevator which was broke and I was on the third floor. The staff was pleasant, breakfast was decent. Needs better management with booking and reservation

Horrible continental breakfast.

Staff was rude, Rooms were ghetto. Horrible experience. Breakfast was lame except the apples were good.

Not much Lift didn’t work ac didn’t work , room wasn’t cleaned at all , bed very hard would if done better sleeping on floor !! Staff ok but do not smile ,

You will realize why this place is so affordable when you get there. The place is practically falling apart. The ceiling was leaking water in the hallways and there was cracks and dirt all over the walls. The toilet seat was falling off our toilet. They show you the room before you sign for your keys because they know it too.

The room smelled the bathroom door was off its track so you couldn’t open it and the rug was disgusting. We will never go again.
